How about we make it that the burn gets worse if you throw it directly on your opponent, and if you land it perfectly on someone they burn out, however if you tag someone while your opponent is on the far outside of the firebolt, it barely burns them.
This would make it that the grenade stays just as good for the people who have got on point placement and you need to take the time to place them correctly. But it'd change the fact that people don't have to aim with these hugely powerful grenades.
edit: I'm talking about firebolts paired with VF, and implying that the burn get's less the further away you are from the grenade, I'm using firebolts as an example because it's the most used, sorry for the misconception

You can jump to dodge them, wombocombo you can't even escape from it and lightning nades have insane range

1 AntwortenWhenever I see posts like this, any misplaced pride about my Destiny skills I've accumulated disappears faster than a special ammo crate. When I use firebolts (to fit in) I kill [i]maybe[/i] one person every three matches. Same thing for shoulder charge. I don't think I've ever finished the shoulder charge bounty on the same day it was issued. Everyone always says these abilities are OP and maybe they are. But if I try them, they're (or I'm) UP.

Getting burned 3 times in a crucible gives temp skin burns on character that makes you want to keep your helmet on last until reset. Also firebolt grenades burn you summons three arc bolts that burns and destroys everything in sight.

2 AntwortenIf you point your rocket launcher at the ground so that you're aiming at your toes it kills you every time with one hit. Rocket launchers should be nerfed they are too OP.

You're not removed from fights for an obscene amount of time anymore, and Touch of Flame/Viking Funeral are still decent perks to use together. Everyone wins.
