Why are people asking for 330+ for King fall? O_O
Back in my days, we played with 310s. Could someone explain why?

There is such a small amount of people who can actually complete the raid now it is almost paramount to use parameters such as this to actually get the raid done.

1 AntwortenBecause people think that the higher light level you are the more skill you will have. In most cases which is true. I will use myself as an example
I may not have very many oryx completions, not all my grimore done, or may have a few nodes not unlocked on my warlock, but with all the BS and toxicity that most destiny has players dish out, honestly I just play to play. The only time I really play is if someone wants me to play with them, or I'm bored. I maybe complete oryx a few times a month but I honestly know the raids like the back of my hand. All in all I just can't stand most people I meet in lfg
4 AntwortenI myself ask for max light, all challenge mode emblems, all 3 Trials flawless emblems, top %1 in pvp and high Trials ELO, at least 5 Vault of Glass guns (including VoC, Vex), the VoG the ship + sparrow) and the Crota hard emblems + glowhoo. Not a lot I know, but I try to look for somewhat competent people.
Occasionally, if I wanna do it quickly I ask for Scarab emblems as well. But not frequently.
Increased light level. I don't understand why though a recent 305 plus should easily do this.

A group of 330+ guardians can speed run kings fall

335 only, scrub

1 AntwortenLight has nothing to do with it IMO. You now have people with light 330+ that have never done the hard raid or have no idea of the mechanics. I'll take a 300 light with experience (alt character etc) any day over someone who asks "where do the Knights spawn".....lol

pretty much every raid group I'm in has SOMEONE <= 320 & we don't care as long as they know what to do. If you did HM at 310 you can still do it at 310 with a bunch of 330+s

They don't want noobs

1 Antworten
Why are people asking for 330+ for King fall? O_O Back in my days, we played with 310s. Could someone explain why?
Because someone else made the group and would rather higher light Guardians Now, if you want a 300-310 group then just make your own and the problem is solved

5 AntwortenBecause one hit crits on red bar knights are better than two hits. The real question is, why aren't you above 330 yet?
-
5 AntwortenIt's very quick when you have an experienced team all above 330. They never scaled up the hard mode when the April update hit so you now do a lot more damage and get though the bosses super quick.

Lfg is terrible most of the time when having to find people that got their shit together. For pve you'll judge the quality of UNKNOWN players by what you can measure on the outside such as weapons, light level and minor details like having sub classes upgraded. Or have a high grimoire score, can't go wrong at that (for pve, not pvp).
-
Far to easy to hit max light that's why, at this point the game literally hands out high level gear.
-
I think that might be due to the fact that its so easy to level up now, so cnt tell the difference between exp to newbies and anyone around 330+ more then likely has bit exp but like i said you never know now untill you fail countless times or check them up ( but most people cnt be arsed to do that one lol ).

Ran a friend of mine from Golgoroth through Orxy . He was 287. Granted It's an alternate account and he has done KF 100+ times. He held gaze and took care of his knights on Oryx. He did not cause a single wipe. The only place I've really seen low light struggle is totems.

Think the 330 is the 310 now cuz lots of guardians have reached 320+ light without doing the raid.
