Pretty sad that this issue continues to drag down play in the game, particularly when it ruins limited time events like Iron Banner.
It's painfully obvious at this point that the Damage Referee does absolutely nothing because red bars dominate as much (if not more) than before.
Hopefully Bungie read your post and try to implement a real fix.

Sorry, but this has been going on way to long for them not to know.
-
It's never been this bad. When we played the other day we were starting almost every game short 1-2 players and facing full teams of 6 and the lag is the worst I've seen in IB. It's only going to be I think the second IB in the last year+ I don't take all 3 characters to rank 5. IB has always been my favorite and it's just not right this week.
-
Somthing is not right and that alone has to make you wonder. Since this update it seems more and more gamers that normally don't come on here have been.
-
I don't think I've seen any difference at all in how a match is swayed since damage ref was implemented. Red bars nearly always wind up on top.
-
I've been hit by damage referee once or twice when someone else is using netflix or whatever in the house. It definitely works, you can't shoot anything and it's like they don't even see you half the time.
-
If it works, it's few times and far between. Red bars still routinely top leaderboards.
-
I'm getting tired of feeling like I spend most the time reporting bad connections. I guess I may as well start reporting every top 3 player on the team who's red barred, since the damage referee is supposed to take lag advantage away. Must be a cheater :) yep, so many 'cheaters' you got 2-3 a game! There's no way there's that many actually network manipulators. Think that dmg ref needs some lookin at!

Something like the damage referee can't be adequately tested in a vacuum. Bungie's personal servers = Vacuum.
-
They don't gotta test in a vacuum, they can live test it just like we do :)

Hey, I know you...

I just don't understand why it gets worse each time. I just want to get to 4 for the fusion. Then I'm out.
-
I just got one with rangefinder. it seems like a great pvp roll. I dont usually pvp or use fusions though. Is it a solid choice amongst fusions?
-
So far, I've had 4 Ashraven's drop (3 at 334; 1 at 335). I'm not aFR user, so they are infusion fuel for me. Have you not had any drop for you, RWG?

Bearbeitet von RedWingGirl: 5/27/2016 10:06:13 PMYes 2. But the fire. I just wanted the void?
-
Ah. I hope you get it. :)
-
I bought it ☺ It's really good too.

This is the only reason I'm going to play at all this time. And frankly, if it's as bad as people are saying, I won't even bother. My FR4 does a fine job and I already have an Ashraven's in the collection (meh perks, unfortunately).
-
Wish I could trade you mine. I would if I could (and Bungie allowed it)
-
I've gotten 2 fusion rifle drops from rewards. Just keep playing until you get those. I just wanted a chest piece for my warlock, got that and then switched characters
-
I want the void one. But....it's barely playable for me right now.
-
That's understandable. Just stick through them and it'll drop. I'm missing an arc fusion rifle. More then likely I'll keep them for nightfalls
-
Yep. Love them
