So the biggest problem with balance is that we currently have issues that once a nerf is put in place, it effects both the PvE and PvP players. Generally the nerfs are due to PvP issues and unfortunately they put a huge damper on PvE players. I have seen it work the other way once in a while, but generally that's not the case.
What should be done in Destiny 2 (because, let's face it, it will not for Destiny this late in the game) is having guns made only for PvE and guns only for PvP. This way you can control perks better and have unique ones for each mode. For example, you can have "Sanctioned" weapons and armor for Crucible use only. If you have non-sanctioned loadouts equipped, you cannot enter Crucible. Once you enter, you may not equip non-sanctioned firearms or armor variants.

I hate when people have a legitimate gripe for destiny and beg for it to be implemented into destiny 2. I want destiny 1 to get the fix it needs. -blam!- your destiny 2. Do you think for a second, after all the management debacles, poor decisions and lack of respect for their players, that I want to or would even think about buying destiny 2? -blam!- d2. I paid for this one and want it working properly. I don't give a shit about your next project. If it's lead is Luke smith and still has weisnewski nerfing the fun out of the game, why in hells blaze would I even consider buying the next installation? Fix D1 please. Stick D2 in a shady place.
