Is this a glitch? Rocket on 0-0 elimination

So I was playing elimination yesterday and it was 0-0 so no heavy round and this guy gets killed with a rocket. The same person on the other team shot a rocket again the next round then he left the game. Pay attention to the kill feed in the video. Is this a glitch a hack?

If he was using raid weapons and a clown cartridge rocket, then yes it's a glitch and they cancelled trials because of it.
