Three of coins need a very big buff
I am a bit upset with the following I have been playing this game since the beta and this week alone I used up almost 80 three of coins and only got 7 exotic engrams to drop I even while using them on fights with the boss in the challenge of the ellders I would get blue engrams instead their is no reason why we should have to grind for coins to buy them then use them and get nothing for it come on bungie fix this

That's 1 outta 10 almost I'm happy with them odds, when I run out of 3oc I get no exotics drops

It just needs to be fixed so you don't get the same item or item type every single -blam!-ing time.

I like the blatant lie. The description on the item says 'increases the chances the next Ultra you beat" (etc). What a complete and utter lie. There is NO chance of getting an exotic UNLESS you use one. It should read, 'Gives you a .04% chance of receiving an exotic engram' (etc).

It's random. It's frustrating, but it's as it's supposed to be. That being said, I'd love it if they kept stacking & would guarantee you a drop if you stacked enough at one time. Say, 10% increase with getting an exotic each coin, with 10 coins giving you a guaranteed drop.

3 AntwortenI've gotten more exotics to drop in year 2 than year 1. Why are people complaining so much? Some people want everthing right away. Destiny's grind is nothing compared to other games I've played.

7 exotics for 80 3 of coins isn't that bad stop being such a cry baby because it doesn't just rain exotics. 3oC makes them far easier to get and more frequent and now they're even closer to your light level.

I just need one exotic and that's the jade rabbit. I've been getting zen meteors like its nothing. I think that gun is overrated. It's a very situational gun and even the perks are more of a fun factor. I know the aim assist is high though making it good in pvp. But the perks are so situational. Most of the time it's a pain to make use of the with a laser beam perk. Even then I'm using another weapon to kill quicker.

I feel the obtain rate is fine. I get an exotic every now and then. May RNG bless you all.

For me the last week and a half or so, the drop rate has been shit.

That's in line with my observations. 1 exotic for 10 coins used. Might as well just buy from Xur.

Look back at year one, how could you get exotics? Nightfalls, Raid completions, exotic chests, xur and PoE,that is 20 chances plus xur per week, how can you get them now? Every single boss, challenge completion, raid completion, exotic chest, CoE and xur, and seeing that CoE is farmable for exotics, I don't think we need a buff on ToC, its just too easy, plus you can buy exotics if you had them in year one. It's just not needed

I have an exotic every 7 coins. And still. Your number is not bad. Don't complain

2 AntwortenYou are complaining about an approximate 10% drop rate. Use 10, get 1 exotic. That's 14 Strange Coins. That's comparable to Xûr's normal prices. What's the problem?

exotics are so easy to come by now. there used to only be a handful of chances to get an exotic every weekly reset. now its unlimited. if you weren't around for year one, there was basically 3-4 chances per character to get an exotic each week, all of which were more time consuming. If you didn't get what you wanted, pray that xur brought it. Count your blessings....

I'd been seeing a bit of a drought in comparison to just after the April update and was starting to think they had nerf'd it. This morning I ran some bounties and picked up an exotic off a Taken Ultra in the Cosmodrome. Went into the rocket yard and there was another Ultra. I thought, "What the heck!" and popped a 3oC. Got a 2nd exotic in 5 minutes!
