As far as I know anything you did on one character is tied only to that character. Story missions for Eris and weaponsmoth shanxx all of it. But I've been wrong before. I know I've done some of them on my Titan and still have them available on my hunter. Idk.

I wondered if this was different as once its done on one toon all of get the bounties, whereas the story missions are individual
