How do you continue liking this game?
After them just basically saying "we're done" and only work on microtransaction stuff to get the sheeple to spend money on emotes.....emotes people. I know, ridiculous.
After those 2 "dlcs" which were really crappy and had little content to offer us, I'm surprised people out there still support this kind of behavior from a gaming company. I feel bad for the parents that waste money on this game because their child wants to do the thriller dance a couple dozen times to show off even though no body cares because they know that spending silver on this game is one of the stupidest things you could do. You could easily blend that money up and drink it and get more value out of it than buying an emote.
It's sad that people are so brainwashed into thinking that what I've said is somehow incorrect. The proof of what I'm saying is Destiny...Destiny is my proof.
Edit: Not 1 single person yet has come up with a good excuse to continue liking a game that does so little for it's community. It's like watching a bunch of mindless dogs bark at a wall.
Edit 2: Man you guys are really boring me, I can't find anyone who has a good reason as to why they're still playing this game. This shows that you guys actually agree with me.
Edit3: Over 24 hours later and still no legit reasonable excuse for still playing this game. I'm actually really disappointed.
Edit4: Important edit! Someone found an actual legit reason to still like this game. Here is the quote: "[i]It's literally an addiction for some people. The loot hunt is equivalent to gambling[/i].". Only took 30 some plus hours for someone intelligent to come along.

Sure this game has its flaws, but what game doesn't? This game wasn't the original vision, and yet it still ended up being great. While most lore isn't in-game, the stories the Grimoire cards tell are phenomenal. And the art of the game, the environment...it's breathtaking. Anything else I should say?

I just like shooting things in this game. Then I add my own context to keep me entertained. For example: when The Black Garden would be the daily I would sit at the gate with NLB and snipe the vex that spawn there. Exacting my personal vengeance on spawning hydras for every time Nexus mind with void burn was the nightfall.

However, complaining about someone elses enjoyment when it doesn't affect your own life is putting negativety into the world where is was neither needed nor welcome. 1 AntwortenI play crucible with NLB and fusion rifle and it's really fun it's always a challenge and can be very rewarding. Quickscopes and flick shots are so satisfying to nail.

1 AntwortenIt's easy destiny is like the McDonald's of video games. It's not steak but its not a ham sandwich. It can satisfy you at the moment and it's easy. It has all the things that average people like but doesn't really stimulate genius. It's very kid friendly but tries to have adult themes. In actuality it just reinforces transhumanism, one world government, demonic and satanic teachings along with avatar building which are common themes that we see in tv, books, and movies all the time. It keeps people busy with mindless quest and repetitive grind designed to make you feel like you achieve something when doing anything in video games is a waste of precious God given time. Destiny can be sour and it can be sweet. It's a bitch you like.

I still enjoy playing it a few hours/week alone and with cool people. I payed maybe 100 Euros to this Game and played 1000hrs+ I payed 70 for Cod played 40hrs 80 for one of my fav. Games Witcher 3 played 200hrs i can go on with this List if you want me to. So Question whats ur f****** Problem with Destiny compared to other Games ?

The same reason why I continued to replay the Halos among other shooters through the years. Even after doing things mutliple times, it's still fun to pick up and play. Also if you have a good group to game with it's a blast.

You're completely correct. I have no idea why I still like this. Their rng alone just makes the game a hamster wheel. Just waiting for cod mw remastered now. It better have pvp

i havnt spent a cent on any silver. just like the game. im currently searching for the yr2 version of my fav weapon (badger) while i work on getting a tier 12 setup for my main character. so sorry you feel that others cant get enjoyment out of something that you dont. hope you find a game in the future that really appeals to your sensibilities. good luck.

An I enjoy the game an ill continue to keep spending money on it for the next 8 years they use to continue Destiny. And honestly.. If you can't afford to spend money on this game you shouldn't be gaming or find a better job. I work full time as a pizza delivery driver, making 9.50 an hour. And I pay car insurance (isn't cheap at the age of 18) and a phone bill of $65 a month an I fund my gaming habit just fine.
