Petition To Bring In Weather Effects On Maps
I thought other Planets in the Solar System was supposed to have Chaotic weather...What do you guys think? I think it would be cool to have a Thunderstorm roll through during a boss fight on Venus. Or maybe even a Snowstorm during Winters Run. These storms would transform the Battle field into something Chaotic and should do Dps to both enemies and Guardians.... I mean, the possibilities are endless. What about Hurricanes? Tornados? Earthquakes? Anything to make the environments feel more hostile......Let me know what you guys think!
P.S. Thanks For The Support and I Know Winters Run is On Venus BTW

Wont happen til they destiny 2 when they drop old gen consoles and make it current gen only. All the old consoles have been doing is holding games back heavily

1 AntwortenI think something not [i]too[/i] drastic. Maybe adding rain & thunderstorms, intense winds and fog. Maybe rain & thunderstorms and/or fog lower viability at range (thunderstorms distinctly add lightning and thunder effects, while rain is just rain. Fog can be added to both of those conditions separately or on its own entirely), and intense winds [i]in open areas[/i] make it harder to ADS. That way the weather conditions would affect everyone equally. Combined with the current day and night cycle we have on PVP maps, this could get really interesting. Imagine playing an Inferno gametype on a map at night, when there's a thunderstorm and fog. Or at dawn when there's intense wind and rain. It'd be something cool to try.

There's no way to implement that to full potential while old gen is still on board. Maybe destiny 2 could bring this in some.

3 AntwortenNot only weather but what about different physics on the planets too? My first thought when I went to the moon for the first time was "wow, so prettyyyy". My second was "hang on, why can I only jump as high as I can on earth?" The moon should have less gravity and the other planets are somewhere in between Earth and the moon. If we ever get to see Jupiter (the gravity there is twice as strong as earth's) then you can only do little dwarf jumps.

It takes months for them to work out how to make the vault bigger, no way can the game handle weather effects. Would obviously be good though.

At least some rain or something. I wanna see rain drops when I scope or some heavy layers of dust floating around in crevices in the dreadnaught
