Noob moment? I always thought when Guardians did this ■■■ they are thinking about something or a speach bubble.
Now I realized they are checking their inventory lol. When Dark below came out I never understood what exotic shards were. Lol

5 AntwortenI've had plenty and im still having them. I thought id solo Crota hard mode for the crux with no prior raid completions and only a handful of youtube videos watched. It was not to be. I have to solo it on easy first. So I spawned in and I can't even "traverse the abyss". No Necrochasm for me.

I didnt know what was nightfall. I didnt know what was exotic. I dismantled Voidfang because i cant wear two exocits at the same time, I didnt buy Gjallarhorn because Who would want to waste money on rocket launcher. lol I didnt knew how to get that glowing thing on your head from night fall... I didnt know who xur was. I didnt know what the factions were. I didnt know what was raid.. shit lots of other dumb moments i cant even remember.

3 AntwortenDuring Beta with a team mate. Me: "Hey, come get this ammo that just dropped." Teammate: "Where, I can't see it?" Me: "It's right in front of you, are you blind?" Doh!!!

I land on patrol and started doing those bounty missions. I kept doing them jumping from area to area but they will respawn after a while. I was wondering when I will be able to complete them all.

For some reason in vanilla I thought that motes of light gave you levels past 20. I couldn't figure out how to "use" the mote of light I found...

I thought I was the smartest guy when I got the thorn bounty and I was like "I'll just pop a synth to have void rocket launcher ammo in the crucible"

And it took longer than that to realize that the little icons in the corner of the screen actually MEANT something and took you to the Heroic or Nightfall strikes when you hovered on them. I can't even remember how long it took to work out how you got strange coins...

Anyone else start just before TDB, and find all those Hive majors (Hand, Hive, or Heart of Crota) while they had the "???" instead of their level? Now, anyone decide to fight them and instantly regret it since they eat up all of your bullets?? Dude, the one thats a Thrall in the room under Skywatch.. that one was scary at level 14..

Seeing how I made orbs in story missions and not finding one of my own orbs. Thinking my character is glitched bc other players orbs dropped :/

You only have to push click and release to run and not click and hold. Found out a few weeks before TDB. First time using ToM in raid and when we wiped I asked why everyone else was doing more damage than me and being told the hidden perk for ToM is auto fire. Loot cave farming for the first time and seeing everyone run from spot we were shooting when Public event started. -blam!-ing Warsat pancaked me! Lol.

8 AntwortenAnyone remember when the weekly heroic strikes gave you strange coins? Well I never knew that if you select the modifier and turn it to the hardest setting you get 9 coins instead of 3.... Basically I'd save up my 3 coins a week and then blow them on an exotic that was useless.... And the next week Xûr would sell an op exotic.
