Why i cant play a Strike the Normal way anymore?
Why is every F.... Kid Running thru the whole strike only to get as fast as possible to the Boss? i want to play a Shooter not a Running Simulator. since many New Players came,especially jung ones,there is no real teamwork anymore. the have full raidgear from carries but hide in almost every strike bossfights in cheese spots,Really? Is this whats Destiny become. I Report Minimum 10 Players a Day for Skipping all encounters in strikes and not helping the others in strikes and let them alone with all the stuff. When you want to FARM STRIKEs then do it with a fireteam but please leave us Puplic Matchmaking Strike Players alone. Because i cant even Play a Strike the way it is intended. I hope Bungie is programming Strikes in the Future the way where you have to kill all Enemies in the Area before you can go to the next section. And to the People who actually play the way its intented and Help you are the Best.

1 AntwortenSo I tested a theory last night and today... Since I read this post, I have stayed with my team, and killed everything as fast as I could, I was still able to keep decent time... But something crazy happened, normally when I speed run, and leave players to play their way, I get friend requests every day... But last night, and today, I got soooooo much hatemail, ranging from being called a tryhard, not letting them get kills, and others were just cursing me, before leaving the strike... This NEVER happened, when I ran ahead, and cleared the path for my teammates to follow or stay behind and kill ads... It was very interesting...

Does this really bother you? Seriously. There is no right or wrong way to play strikes. Also reporting people for doing nothing wrong will get you banned.

The people that die deliberately to drag the other players forward because they aren't good enough to solo the boss encounter are the ones that boil my piss. I've gotten to the point that I simply go back to continue from where I was doing before the they died. Honestly, it drives some people nuts. If they die again and drag me back I simply keep going back to the point I was at in the strike! If they don't take the message, I just sit there and take a few shots at the boss so my 3ofC counts and let them do all the work. The way I see it is they were so desperate to kill the boss that I let them take the credit and do the legwork. Plus it takes longer which helps defeat the point of running ahead. Seriously, if you can't solo that strike on Y1 Nightfall mode, you have NO business running ahead. It's great getting fanmail from them afterwards too! Some of them can even slap a whole sentence together using simple English without spelling mistakes! Eventually, people tend to get the message and clear off!

A lot of people have boosters in effect while doing strikes. Getting the strikes done more quickly maximizes the effect of these boosters. Why should someone who wants to breeze through the strike have to find a group via lfg while you shouldn't have to? It's public matchmaking, you get what you get. Reporting people for playing the game differently than you is absurd.

If Bungie wanted to force you to slog through every single enemy hundreds of times, they would. They don't. Don't play a game with randoms. Go control your family, they are the only people who care or have to listen.

2 AntwortenIf strike specific loot dropped off any mob in that strike. Then maybe there would be a reason to kill every mob. As it is now. That random goblin hiding behind a rock way over there.. yeah you see that one.. zero reason to kill it.

I'm sure you have memorized by now exactly where all the enemies spawn/come out of. You get the loot as quickly as possible/infuse it/go play pvp where the actual shooting happens. Maybe you should report yourself for not being helpful to them as they push through everything getting you gear faster.

So you see, all they care about is reaching that number. The rest is right out. Things like playing the game interfere with that goal and that's a sure path to death by nasty, pointy teeth.

I can't stand the speed running either. Although, I just leave the fireteam when it gets on my nerves. Don't see what reporting is going to do.

Sad. Why don't you play with a fireteam and then focus on shooting the meaningless adds. When playing with randoms the objective is to finish the strike and kill the boss. The objective is not to shoot every single enemy along the way to the boss fight. Learn how to play the game. Maybe you should he reported for being a dummy?

Try undying mind, you can't by pass the first part because it's locked up by some sort of wall and you can't by pass the second part of it either cuase off all the enemies and the cyclops.

It is an ancient art of dodging responsibility and instant gratification. I remember running through the taniks strike during how. My pappy told me stories about how he ran through [u][b]PHOGOTH[/b][/u] and Rockets McTitsface during tbd.

How about you stop reporting ppl for trying to maximize their time spent doing the same strikes over and you go and find a fireteam? Honestly tho with the way you come across in this post i wouldn't be surprised if that's next to impossible for someone such as yourself. This has to be satire or a troll cuz no one could be this much of a prick.
