So they send you hate mail about using a shotgun, but you come to the conclusion it's because you were using Defender and No Backup Plans. Ummm, what?

Yet in your post you say that they say something only about you using a shotgun, not your subclass or equipped armor. I admit I didn't watch the video, so maybe it's in there, because it sure as hell is not in your body of text.

And for this build you have to spec the subclass with the exotic armor. And I use remote to get full strength by using a shotgun And not to mention a full Intel and str With fusion boots and chest And running armor/unbreakerable so it force barrie recovers if not full taken down And using untouchable for a little more armor and less cool down on ward of dawn It's a full spec out build for max armor

I hope this catches on, and those guys come against a full team of people doing it.

No backup plans is a must with shotguns since they activate force barrier. If he wasn't using NBP, he'd likely be inclined to use fusions or sidearms.
