Shoulder charge shouldn't one shot kill someone.
They run at the speed of around 21 Km/h and all they do is throw their shoulder at someone. There's lots to ask, really.
1. How the hell do they change momentum like that!? I could sit around a corner, a Titan runs straight through the door, shoulder charges and kills me!? How the hell did they change momentum. They need to tone the aim assist down to zero cause that's stupid.
2. They don't even need to gain momentum? Are you kidding me with this one? They can run at a wall, adjust slightly left and suddenly they can charge forward with enough force to kill a fully armoured guardian with full health? Bullshit. Bungie knew about how sulphur and all sorts of crap make blue lava on Venus but don't know how basic physics work? Come on...
3. That's no where near enough force to kill anyone. I don't get how running at a measly speed and pressing melee gives you the chance to kill like that. Realistically, that hit wouldn't kill a child but some how kills a guardian, fitted with the best armour in whatever time this is based in? Piss off with that.
4. Anyone could do that. A warlock can run and put their shoulder forward. A hunter could. A bloody 5 year old who plays junior rugby could do that. It's pretty basic. But why the hell is it exclusive to Titans? Why don't hunters get something like that. A run up then just stab the guy. Seems to work and plus it doesn't need to be realistic.
Overall: It shouldn't do any of this stuff. It shouldn't kill people or if it does, it shouldn't be able to break the laws of the universe and allow you to alter momentum by throwing your shoulder forward. It's pretty basic stuff. Really, it shouldn't auto aim, one shot kill, gain speed from running against a wall and shouldn't be exclusive to Titans.

So then what is shoulder charge supposed to do??? Hit somebody, they live and you get shotgunned in the face? This will most likely happen every time. Its salty people like you that ruin the game for other people. The striker subclass is nowhere near needing fixing. So stop complaining. CAN SOMEONE CALL SUPREME BUTTHURT

I main a Hunter mostly and you're making us all look bad. It's seriously not that hard to avoid. If you fail to kill a shoulder charging titan before he gets too close and you see him rushing you beforehand, you deserve to die. Everyone, please accept my apology on behalf of this idiot. Not all hunters are this way.

1 AntwortenYeah I don't think it should one hit kill either. It should push people back with the force of a cabal shield bash, causing them to die on impact as well as it being possible for the flying high speed guardian to kill someone on impact, who doesn't want that?

What can kill people with 2 punchs? What can move people without touching them? Who can throw a knife with enough force to kill someone with all our new age armor etc? As for exclusivity, why do only titans FOH, Could the FOH element be in effect or the thrusters when using SC? I dont see a Titan throwing out a GG or a warlock putting down ward of dawn do you? Who gives a dam whats real or not, get on with playing the game, if you don't like it leave.

A Titan gives up all range and protection to run after you while you are gunning them down to melee you... I think that if they kill you, that's your fault for not playing well enough to keep them away especially since, once again, they need to run across a distance to reach you and they give up all weapons and protection... Btw I main a warlock
