If snipers get descoped after taking damage.
Ok, crybabies will get what they wanted. The community is destroying this game. This is why I'll stop playing tho.
Edit 1: We're not talking about halo nor real life, because from what I see, no scoping with a sniper is beyond real, like quickscoping a bladedancer right in front of you. Both the quickscope and the no scope could happen, but this game is not about Vietnam War. Plus I wouldn't really quit, this would make me mad af but this is the only game that I kinda feel like playing

How about descope after breaking shields or landing head shots?

Worst idea ever. Snipers become useless if you do that. That's the same as taking them out of the game. Their are lots of ways to counter snipers. They don't need a fundamental change. I find the snipe complaints usually come from shotgun rushers that can't close distance.

Think about this, you're aiming down your sights, scope what have you, and some fcker shoots you in the damn head. You still gonna be aiming down your damn sights, scope or whatever? Lol

Getting descoped upon taking damage in this game just won't work. Then snipers will be nearly useless and only option really would be to quick scope. The maps are just to small and if I can get sniped with a hand cannon then it just won't work.

1 AntwortenDon't nerf shit... Buff hand cannons, shottys, and autos... All primary's should be stronger than specials... Like one guy said in the comments, nobody complained when snipers were stronger back in year 1, that's because we could counter them easily with a hand cannon or a shotty... And nobody would of complained about hand cannons and shottys if the suros was still able to 4 hit kill from long range... There was nothing wrong with the game back in vanilla, they just nerfed everything to the ground for no reason...

1 AntwortenIs this true? I don't think descoping is necessary but they definitely need more flinch. If I'm hitting a sniper with a high impact scout rifle u should not be able to accurately hit me in the face. IMO

It could happen if all weapons lose ads when hit and shotgunners get taken out of sprint when they get hit. What a fun game would it be

If you're getting hit as a sniper then you're using the sniper wrong. Snipers are supposed to be hidden or out of the opponent's effective range. Players should be penalized for not doing it right.

Snipers should remain a one shot headshot kill. Sway or a descope would ruin sniping completely. I would like to see Bungie continue to focus on balancing special weapons in the crucible. Perhaps a few more frames of animation for ADS or something minor like that.
