Why does COD get space battles when we don't?

I was just wondering why we play a game that is sci-fi and there are no space battles? However, garbage COD has made a game so much like Halo I can't even think right now. I mean, really? One of the ships in this trailer looks just like a Pelican from Halo.
COD beat Bungie into making a game with space battles.
Edit: I see some of you saying Halo Reach had space battles. It had [u]one[/u]. It looks like COD is going to have more of it. Someone on here also said space battles would be in multiplayer too. And wouldn't the fact that Bungie has the programming ability to have a space battle mean that there should have been at least one in Destiny?
Edit 2: I also see a lot of people saying that they are just buying Infinite Warfare because of the COD 4 remaster. Really? You'd buy a game that you already have played just because it "looks prettier." Don't you realize you're just beating the dead horse by paying Activision for things you already have? Can't wait for Infinite Warfare to be bundled with COD 25: Galactic Warfare because it will "look prettier." The graphics weren't even that bad in COD 4.

Activisions shit. Destiny has Activision. COD is shit and thy may be testing the space battle mechanics. If they are good. Maybe with some tweaks they will be implemented into destiny 2. Just chill for a sec while I put my tin foil hat down.

1 AntwortenSpace battles will be spoiled unless we get full vehicular control, like in Ace Combat. When turning the stick inputs the roll for you, or when you have a button to perform an aileron roll, immelman or loop, you're taking away the full experience. I want space battles too, but I don't want them Halo-style. Give us full yaw, pitch, and roll, and then I'll be pleased.

People are buying IW for CoD4 remaster because they are sick of the exact shit you want (space battles), i love destiny and how it is futuristic, CoD was recognized for boots on the ground and simulated real war in a manner. It has done a 180 the past few years and people are -blam!-ing sick of it, they would rather go back to a CoD they KNOW is -blam!-ing amazing than play some more futuristic bullshit. And just so we are clear here, the old CoD's are completely filled with hackers and is on old gen consoles and if you haven't noticed a large portion of players upgraded to current gen consoles. So people MAY own the game for old gen but anything other than campaign is basically unplayable. You buy IW for a extra 20 bucks, download COD4 than sell IW for 50 or 60 bucks. You now have CoD4 on a current gen console and that eliminates a large portion of hackers and brings the community back together. If anything you should be hyping the remastered CoD because hopefully the -blam!- sticks over at IW or activision realize that CoD4 boots on the ground style of war is what people are asking for the most. Not space battles... save the space battles for game devs who will do them right like the people making no mans sky.

Nothing about the trailer indicates more than 1 space flight combat mission. You saw multiple angles from the same area. The rest was just on-foot combat in space. Halo has quite a few of those. Don't get so hyped that you make assumptions. Wait for more info first.
