Fix the GODDAMN LAG IN PvP
The fuggin lag in PvP and especially Iron Jerusalem matches is absolutely unacceptable. The teams in get matched against almost always have 2 or 3 players completely red barred. Which means they win automatically

1 AntwortenDude, you can't fix lag. Unless you have the money to start a multi-billion dollar charity in order to provide money for everyone to have 100% perfect, fast, 24/7 Internet? No? You don't? Ok then, stop complaining about lag. There will always be lag in online video games.

That means your game experience i.e lag, caused by packet loss and latency is dependent on connections to each other in the game and not to a central server. SBMM that is Bungies predominant means of matching players is matching us with players worldwide and distance is the largest factor in latency or high ping aka lag. Until we have regional or CBMM to ping below 100ms there will always be lag in a peer to peer system. Bungie know this but won't fix it due to their obsession with protecting new players with SBMM...Of which there are very few!

The matchmaking is what is causing the lag. Go back to pre-ttk matchmaking. This skill based matchmaking matches you with people from all over the world and the ping times are terrible. This causes the constant lag as well as 90% of matches being so sweaty.

I agree as the days went by playing Iron Banner this week the lag got worse and worse. It was so bad yesterday that some of the matches I was in was 3 vs 2 and because of that they were soooooo long!

2 AntwortenAgreed. Go red bar for more than 30 secs, in game warning to sort it.(Stop Dl porn etc) If if not sorted , boot. Don't let red bars start a match at all. Also auto team balancing. If the teams are uneven for more than 15 secs next death on the advantaged side goes into stasis for 30 secs. Then rotated in. That way the person in stasis won't get so annoyed that they quit.

1 Antwortentry doing the King's Fall Raid then out of nowhere everybody Red bar's during the Warpriest and Golgoroth boss fights,and you can't even damage the Boss or even kill any of the ads with a headshot from your sniper rifle or kill them with a 333 Attack Rocketlauncher lol.
