I ran it a couple times without upgrading it (mine has awful perks). It still feels great, and with the right perks it will excel

Yeah... mine has... interesting perks.. IT has counterbalance, perfect balance/braced frame/smth. else and persistence. So it's like all about stability

Mine has eye of the storm, persistence, hand laid stock, skip rounds, and reinforced barrel. It's meh
