In my opinion. Titans
In the lore, it's always the titans fighting these huge battles, (twilight gap, burning lake, hell they're insignia is based off the six fronts)
There's a reason why he's Commander Zavala, Warlocks may be the most intellectual of the three, but they're scholars, not fighters.
Hunters, would probably do the best in small battle tactics, enviorment scanning, guerrilla warfare, etc. But they just wouldn't have to coordination, I doubt they would even care, as we see from our favorite Vangaurd Cayde-6, he doesn't care about these things Zavala stresses over, he wants to be a lone wolf.

3 AntwortenYup. No one thought the Viet Cong stood a chance either. Or the Afghans against several empires. Never underestimate unconventional warfare. Titans would win, for sure. But their losses would be staggering. Can that be called victory?
-
Titans and warlock would team up on the hunters then leave and have some bevs
-
Knowing warlocks theyd all self res and nade spam... So Ima say warlocks
-
I would think titans would win except for the warlock stormcaller cutscene where we channel pure power
-
We are the living wall, the striking fist, the burning sun's hand. We're the shield, the sword, and the mother-blam!-ing hammer that made both of them.

Opened areas titans. Areas with cover and places to hide hunters. Spelling B warlocks.

Bearbeitet von Fail_Face: 4/29/2016 11:39:37 AMWarlocks. Everybody assumes that each class will participate in the same way. They wont, they play to theirs strengths. Titans play by the rules, and by the rules they are unstoppable. Hunters break the rules, which makes them incredibly dangerous. Warlocks wont acknowledge the rules and embrace and harness the darkness itself.

2 AntwortenBearbeitet von Votable: 4/29/2016 11:38:35 AMThe mass amount of shoulder charges won't just kill the enemy but destroy their eardrums if they ever charge in unison Even louder than the combined pre-patched death cries of the death singer sisters, Omnighoul's screams, Dinklebot's Archon Priest strike intro, AND Varrik's introducing Sylok The Defiled

I would love to see a lore accurate battle against titans and warlocks,i think they might tie actually.
-
i think it depends because we don't actually have number statistics from each class so it would depend on largely on that because if there are only a few hundred warlocks, a thousand titans and tens of thousands of hunters then hunters would win despite them probably being less organised, if they were all equal however, then other factors would influence the outcome such as the location, hierarchy, quality of officers etc. although personally i think warlocks would win if their numbers were equal because their whole thing is they seek out knowledge so a few must have extensive knowledge of battle strategy, they may have access to golden age super weapons plus they sometimes have cults of worshippers, both of guardians of all kinds and normal people meaning they can bolster their numbers a bit

A Titan is standing in a field, gets sniped and killed by a clocked Hunter. Then the Warlock kills the Hunter with a novabomb. But then the Warlock gets killed by the titans grenade due to LAG!
-
Huh so weird, when I read your title I considered this and came up with all of the reasoning you have here. Nice.
-
Yeah hunters would run and turn invis and hide while warlocks obliterate weak ass titans
-
Titans are soldiers in the first place. Of course they'd win

4 AntwortenBearbeitet von ErebusRises: 4/29/2016 8:19:50 AMHunters would win look at every major conflict look at vietnam for example yes your titans may be tough and a well organised force but hunters will not fight you directly. we will engage in guirilla warfare, no titan would be safe we would emerge from the shadows to decimate your leadership, pick off your scouts and those that fell behind. we would be ghosts a thorn in your side; yes the wound at first would be shallow but trust me that dot would wear you down just like a certain gun we all love to hate.

Hunters would lose obviously they lack team works in some cases. Warlocks arnt fighters they are scholars reborn to study the darkness. Titans were fighter and protectors of the wall. They know coordination and fighting.

Hunter would shit on Titans and warlocks even if they teamed up. Simply look at how cayde-6 became the hunter vanguard. Seeing that the only way to win against an overwhelming hive force was to team up with a fallen baroness. He fought with her to win. Imagine who or what the hunters would fight with to win. Each other? Fallen houses?

7 AntwortenWould hunters even fight a war? If they are lone wolf survivalists, there wouldnt even be a faction to face against.

15 AntwortenIt seems everyone has forgotten that with all of the Warlocks towering intellect, it's the Hunter who has deciphered Rasputin's code. They've forgotten that the Titans said the Dreadnought couldn't be boarded, and that the Hunter led them in. The Hunter broke what the Warlocks called unbreakable. The Hunter charged an enemy ship where a Titan shied away. If you don't want the Hunter to win, don't tell him he's going to lose; not only is he going to do whatever you do better than you do, he's going to win just to prove you wrong. Warlocks calculate the odds, Titans plan for them and the Hunters defeat them.
-
Titans would be winning unless the warlocks found a weakness and exploited it. Their intelligence would make them the most likely to find such a weakness, and they'd be the most willing class to resort to the darkness to find an Achilles heel and win.
-
A quick think on titans v warlocks Titan domes warlock nova lance sunsingers drink orbs rush the field flaming solar grenades and die to the titan defenders the hammers and storm callers go at it hammers fly everywhere storms ionic pulse everywhere bodies all over the place sunsingers res then res the warlocks around so numbers increase and overpower left over titans
-
Titans for sure.

Well, if hunters are assassins, couldnt they do their work from the inside out? Idk.
