Wait, did i miss something? Did Red Dead 3 basically get confirmed?!
So, speculation has been circling for almost forever. I played RDR, I loved it, and almost everyone I know has both played and loved it. Then, a map is leaked? Yeah, the map apparently was leaked. I saw it. Right next to the old one. That brings another bunch of rumours and speculation, as, we all know, it was quickly taken down. a sure fire sign in the Gaming Industry that something is basically the real deal. Kinda like that BO3 sound file thing whatever for the tenth specialist. That's another story. Then, my mate tells me that Rockstar themselves have essentially confirmed that RD3 or Read Dead Redemption 2 if you're one of [i][those[/i] people. Thoughts? What have you heard? When is a possible release date? And what about Rockstar reserving a thingy at E3? All roads lead to Red Dead.

One of my favorite games. They pulled off the Wild West theme nicely, and the zombie dlc was great!

It's a shame Red Dead has only had 2 entrees unto itself. Definitely excited for Mafia 3 and this new Red Dead, if it's a real thing which I hope to bits that it is.

3 AntwortenI thought it already had been confirmed? The map at least has been confirmed as genuine. The city in it, New Bordeaux is also the name of the city in Mafia 3, which has the same publisher. I've also read somewhere that it will be set before Redemption, which I think is confirmed by the map as there's no railway across the great plains and a lot of the smaller settlements seem to be caravan sites. Finally, and I can't remember exactly where I heard this so it might not be true, but there will be three playable characters with the main character created by the player.

4 AntwortenIt's supposedly a prequel, and I'm wondering if it'll cover John's time with his old gang, Dutch, Escuella, Williamson, etc. Named RDR: Legends of the Old West, I think. But yeah, it's pretty much a given that Take 2 will officially blow the lid off it at E3. I'm also expecting news on BioShock Beyond (that's a speculative title), Borderlands 3, and Ken Levine's next game.

Come on lets not go there with the "those people" comments I'm the only person of my entire circle of friends and acquaintances who even knows RD was a thing before Redemption.
