"Back charging" is lag, I think. And it happens a lot less than the whole backstab glitch. Then there's the magic knife that Bladedancers get.... Pretty sure SC can't OHK someone with an overshield. It can't even OHK a warlock with max armor and the ram. As for the other stuff, Titans are warriors. Everything they do is designed to inflict maximum damage. Frankly, facing a Titan should be scary as hell. And they're certainly no faster than a hunter.
