CoE Week 3 is Awful
So I thought last week's challenge was bad (until I discovered how insane Voidwalker was in it) but this takes the cake:
Exposure, TRICKLE, and Melee Kill Bonus.
Um.... wtf? This is a troll right? You want us to punch stuff to death without brawler (and swords don't count as melee because reasons) while also having our abilities recharge super slow even on tier-5 AND our shields don't regenerate.
This is some BS. Definitely not soloing CoE this week and even in a group this just will not be fun at all.

So easy even on my blade dancer Hunter I had over 15,000 every run

It was actually super fun. I rarely even used my gun haha. Just melee ads and tickle the boss. My group got up to 40,000 without much effort.

It's called Challenge of Elders, it's meant to be a challenge. The first week was ridiculously easy, second week was fun and not bad with grenades for dayyyyss, this week I'm looking forward to actually working to hit at least 30,000.

this week is even easier than last weeks. dont be a dummy. hand cannon down to 1 hit left and go mop up. it really is that easy. Did 32K (made more but some was minused) Honestly think you could hit 40k 1 round ez. I punched both bosses to. sleeper stim to 1 hit and then a punch to the dick. maybe dont be a warlock. lol

Pretty sad when people want to piss and moan that something is too easy, then turn around and piss and moan it's too hard. Play it and enjoy the game, or log and play Hello Kitty Island Adventure or something.

I found that using the Voidwalker with max armor and the Ram was really fun this week. I also discovered that it wasn't designed to activate health regen on rapid succession melee hits, there's a significant cooldown when you're in the fight club. However, I ran through people. Killed all the adds. In one match I had as many kills as my teammates combined. We picked up a third guy for insurance, too. I would not try to solo this week.

CoE is useless as it is this game until the release of Destiny 2. You're just wasting energy by complaining.

12 AntwortenSoloed it on reset. It isn't difficult to solo, it's difficult to solo and complete the Sigil simultaneously. Everything dies quickly from gunfire. That's the problem. You must resist shooting anything. That's hard to do. I only Warlock and its melee only has range. That's it. Even with percs and armor/class adjusted, it's still painfully slow running away from targets I normally waste easily. But, if you want the Sigil reward, melee or bust. Just keep at it. In time, this will seem easy.

It's not hard. I soloed it. Defender Titan with full Force Barrier build, and Monte Carlo and Insurmountable Skullfort. You can tank everything while destroying huge mobs of enemies. And when your Force Barrier runs out, back up and empty 2 Monte clips into the boss and ull have it back. It also helps if you shoot the adds a little bit b4 you melee. #TitanMasterRace

Easily accomplished last night by 3 Hunters all running gunslinger. Didn't get as high a score as the past two weeks but getting to 30,000 was a non issue.

My fire team had fun, running around punching everything, edging the boss to as little hp as possible then punching them. Was nice to have a bit more of a challenge.

Gunslinger with precision kills rewarding your throwing knife back. Head shots for days. Get precision kills stacked on top of melee kills. 46k+ runs with just one hunter doing this = win.
