Are Jesse and James from Team Rocket "gender fluid"?

Team Rocket happened to cross my mind and as I was remembering all their crazy plans, I started to recall all their brilliant disguises and how confused I was as a kid seeing James wear blatantly feminine ones while Jesse wore masculine ones.
Fast forward to the era we're at now and it just occurred to me, were they doing more than simply cross-dressing? Were they actually "gender fluid"?

Bearbeitet von DELIVER ME MEMES: 4/26/2016 12:11:44 AMnah, see the american series is vastly different from the japanese one and the manga due to differing cultural norms. in the manga/and IIRC the japanese show, at this point jesse and james are actually retired from team rocket and happily married with kids, being that (in all versions of the series) james actually comes from an ultra-rich family and never had to worry about money in the first place. meowth is a philosopher. in the US version, they're all retarded comic relief(except in the movie where mewtwo kills them) and they only have a hinted at relationship.
