SPEKTAR Heliopause Bond - Doesn't count toward faction bounty as a class item. I had to buy a new bond. Neither bond had completed upgrades. The spektar bond did not advance the quest for kills in the crucible.

Same, my spektar heliopause cloak did not register any progress on my exotic quest

And the Exotic Bond only give a +4 rep while reducing crucible rep by -9. It supposed to be 50% increase to rep. Why grind for the thing to lose the trade off with crucible rep? The Spektar bond works for rep just not for the faction bounty. Shoddy programming. But then, I showed up for Iron Banner today and was rank 5 right off the bat -- bought AR Hatchet. So, I guess you win some and lose some (or win one and lose many) with Bungles programming.
