So uh. Why nerf Strikers?
What needs to be needs to be nerfed? Nothing. And for people saying shoulder charge, if you're half decent with a god damn gun you can easily put a charging Titan [spoiler]Down Below[/spoiler] with a few shots. Stop the damn whining. Pleeeeease.
Edit: To those few saying "Ohhhh it's a one hit kill" A one hit kill that you can see charging at you, and in most cases have time to gun down before being hit. That said, fusion grenade are a one hit if they stick, shotguns usually one hit along with a few other abilities. So the one hit thing is invalid. It honestly wouldn't be a viable perk if it wasn't one hit. Wouldn't be a reason to use it.
Edit 2:Honestly, all a striker nerf would do is effectively kill it's pvp viability. It couldn't even be considered a Nerf. Not like neutering. Let's be honest, all year ones km now this. Striker Titans had it rough from day. Blaming. One. And with all these new, flashy supers, we pretty much faded into obscurity. Until our name came up next on the nerf list because "my blink didn't save me from the mean shoulder" or "I can't aim at a charging player 20 feet away, who's running in a straight line so I can keep them from one hit killing me." Come the blame on. It's blaming motherblaming ridiculous at this point. Stop the damn whining. And to address Titan skating. It's difficult to do, and very easily countered by various things. In addition to that, the amount of Titan skating I see in my pvp matches are very low. So the complaints are most likely coming from people who are just anally traumatized due to lack of skill.

5 AntwortenShoulder Charge kills are risky man. You almost always have to catch your target unawares. Still, it's incredibly fun to kill someone with your knee in a game where "shooter" is used to describe the very genre of the game. Also, it's a great mobility tool imo. Shoulder Charge has helped me avoid death countless times. Hell, I even use it to set up shotgun and FoH kills. It's a useful ability outside of murder by kneecap, lol. If you're having issues going up against Shoulder Charge you either played talented Titans or you suck balls. Either way, deal bro.

I guess I'm just confused because strikers (and shoulder charge) have been in the game since day one. No one was complaining at all until now. They were always considered balanced, if not underpowered, so what changed?

I honestly have no idea why people even use shoulder charge. It is extremely risky if at least one person on the opposing team has a shotgun or in some cases, a fusion rifle.

EDIT: part of the ignoring agility is having 10/10 armor.

As a striker, my grievance is with the radius and height on lightning nades, but that goes for tripmines too

I never recall a problem from a striker but the usual salt I get when he FoH Zone B and gets a breaker, or I'm coming in to finish a Titan off and he FoP just me but this has been around as has his Shoulder Charge which isn't the greatest who really wants the nerf? Now if I were to break down the game and to complain my biggest quarrel over titans is how they can move faster than a max agility hunter using Mida I see it all the time getting passed in straight runs down hallways in strikes sure we can corner easier but I think it's crazy as usually they have a really low agility.

6 AntwortenShoulder charge is fine. Nerf Juggernaut though. That damn shield. In year 1 you weren't able to have it in midair. Only while you were running.

If you have even the slightest bit of awareness, being killed by these things should be a rare occurrence. People only bitch about FoH because most save it to shut down supers. It's literally a Nova bomb, that you need be next to your opponent to use. Even bungie thought it was lack lustre compared to the other supers in game. It won't be nerfed, although it might not make it into the next game, along with many other things.
