Titan's and their subclasses
Let's talk titans. Not much right, seems like year one all over again. We have our Defender perfect for popping a bubble in control and that's about it. Striker is getting there, but with the extremely situational super nothing to be scared of right. What was the titan's new subclass called, Oh yeah Sunbreaker. What happened to all of them why don't you see people use it anymore. Oh here's why, it sucks. Sunbreaker without a doubt is THE WORST SUBCLASS IN DESTINY. I loved Sunbreaker when TTK first came out, and even I admit it was very OP. The nerf Bungie did to Sunbreaker was just clearly to much. Bungie please buff Sunbreaker, don't make it OP, just usable in PVP. Please Bungie, please buff Sunbreakers.

I think they need a few tweaks. Buff cauterize so it resets every 1.5 seconds or 2 instead of 3. Fix the hammer tracking perk and buff sunspots there class is fine now

8 AntwortenIt's amazing how quickly they nerfed Sunbreakers. Bungie's bias towards the other subclasses is real, and reflects the preferred subclasses of streamers and Trials sweaties.

Suncharge is the only thing that keeps it usable. Makes for an excellent bubble popper.

We should be able to shoot out the bubble, but doing so speeds up its timer.

That is the second highestbin destiny behind the nightstalker at 1.1. Its fine where it is. The supers dont make the subclass. No Backup Plans defenders have a GREAT neutral game, even though the super is slightly lacking. Strikers can shut down any other super and have good grenade choices. Sunbreakers have good grenades, healing on ability kills, but the super is somewhat meh. I would agree with a SLIGHT buff to the sunbreaker super, but honestly overall i think titans are in a good spot

2 AntwortenI'd have to disagree with defenders being good... Their buff was literally just giving them a grenade on super use, and the bubble can't tank supers. Plus the shields given by it don't even protect you from a sniper headshot much less a super. I think titan shields from WoD should be able to tank a super hit and leave you near maximum health

The only thing that should have been done was the patch to PvP, but then PvE players got hit by it too, how is that fair? Why should we get stuff nerfed in PvE at all?

Bearbeitet von XsSub: 4/24/2016 4:43:24 PMbubbles are for more than control. I wont discern why. Defense can often be a great offense. With the right exotics, Defenders are truly formidable. Especially against Sunsingers. If you have to rely upon supers to break positive, you need to git gud.

9 AntwortenI see at least 1 sunbreaker in every crucible match I play in. They're not bad. The subclass is really good. It's just all you titans were pampered and spoiled when it was greatly overpowered and now since you can't effortlessly wipe an entire team you think the subclass is horrible. It's not.

Sunbreaker DID need some fixing, the armor, the burn on the melee, and cauterize were the main issue. It's just on the fixing, they sorta looked the other way and went a little overboard. Now it feels like with Sunbreaker only true viable option is suncharge(which is hella fun). I miss having a high fearing mobile super like Gunslingers have, now I just have a 'meh' fearing super that only strikes fear when you're in close range.
