finally getting back into that destiny grind and yet again have to make another character. I mainly play PVE so I've either been thinking about getting hunter or warlock. Warlock for that self rise cheese and Hunter for that Nightstalker. Can't decide which one to get lol

Depends I think the activity. Titan for Raid. Warlock for CoE. Hunters both
-
Voidwalker, defender, nightstalker
-
Depends on the player.

Kings fall raid most common question I hear is "Do we have at least 2 Titans?"

2 AntwortenWhere do you guys usually get your supers from in the raid??

Blade dancers are also pretty useful in strikes/raids. With invis he can be a very effective medic. Their supers are no boss killing material, but for ad control it's fine.

My PvE Skills revolve around Defender, Nightstalker and Sunsinger. My Defender used the sword/bubble synergy for constant bubbles and orbs. Nightstalker is for add-control/orb spawning and boss killing. And my Sunsinger is a Survivalist which revolves around tanking damage and spawning orbs through Radiance. I don't use self-res unless its for NF or Raid.
Needles to say, when I find a team of randoms in heroics, they tend to stay with me no matter what I run. I just know what enemy to kill and in what order.
4 AntwortenTitan Provides best defense in game Generates more orbs then any class, including nightstalker Can make you nigh-on invincible, give an over-shield, or deal 35% more damage
-
3 AntwortenVoidwalker or Sunsinger. Don't know why Titan has too vote here, Defender isn't that good.
-
Defender or Nightstalker. Stormcaller is good for ad control, but nothing more.
-
Good team - defender Bad team - hunter No team - warlock

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von WurstGulasch_111: 4/23/2016 8:55:56 AMImagine a team of six nightstalkers in a raid or a team of three in the nightfall. As soon as the first tether is set up, you will constantly have a charged super due to orb overproduction. Enemies would constantly be tethered, bosses melted in no time. It's a dream come true. Now imagine the same activity with any other subclass. And no, stormcaller doesn't cut it since their super isn't useful for bosses. I imagine you could have a just slightly worse result with defenders but it still wouldn't be as convenient as having all nightstalkers.

Defender Titan, followed by Nightstalker Hunter, followed by Voidwalker Warlock. #TitanMasterRace

1 AntwortenI'm a Titan main, and I feel as though a Nightstalker Hunter is the best for pve. My opinion. All around. Second best is Defender Titan hands down.
-
All of them
-
All of them Pve is -blam!-ing easy

15 AntwortenBearbeitet von Blackhammer193: 4/23/2016 4:40:06 AMLol warlock if you're trash and die a lot... Hunter if you like running around like a weak little bitch with puny armor... Or going invis like a coward...
the poll shows the correct answer
Definitely warlock. You want to destroy adds: stormcaller Why: you don't have to aim your super, you hit one ad they all die. You want almost infinite nades and quick speed: voidwalker Why: infinite nades and blink Never stay down: sunsinger
-
Voidwalkers. Grenades and life steal if used correctly. Grenades recharge stupid fast.
-
I play all 3 characters and personally can't really pick a favorite. They are all good in the right situation. I started the titan first, then the warlock and finally the hunter. I really enjoy being able to play all the classes because it keeps things interesting.
-
Defender, if used correctly.
-
Voidwalker warlock
-
Defender and nightstalker, by far. Sunsinger if you die frequently.

4 AntwortenLet's be honest everyone. Defender has always been the pack mule of pve
