Primary weapons should descope snipers while landing critical shots
Undoubtedly sniper rifles are the most complained about weapon in destiny. I believe this is because players are constantly being killed after outmaneuvering snipers into a position to where they take the first shots. This is something they expect and should be rewarded for, by gaining a clear advantage in a firefight for their skill employed to do so, especially if those first shots are critical hits. Instead they face what seems to be the greater chance of being instantly killed by enemies brought down to red health while still taking damage. The frustration arises from the lack of any real incentives to use other types of weapon because only snipers give this chance most consistently with skill. Simply put, snipers should only be by nature an offensive weapon effective against the unaware and unprepared players in crucible. Instead of being the most effective defense for being both of those things , through aim assisted head shots and "double bodies" easily made under fire by many destiny players today .

When you're getting shot, the game shouldn't hold your hand and try to drag your reticule back to where it used to be. Descope is probably overkill to be honest.

Landing a crit shot should make there weapon move a lot, from aiming at you, to the ground

3 AntwortenI feel like they should add a playlist just for you people everyone gets the khostov no one gets grenades, specials, heavys , melees, supers or jumps and no one gets to aim down sights because God forbid some one is better at aiming than you. Would that make you happy I doubt it. Because your not mad at the game your not mad at snipers your mad because you lost , you got beaten and your fragile mind is searching for a scapegoat to protect your own ego.

Maybe removes aim assist but, you need to think pve as well. If you remove aim assist when taking damage you can't drag scope. But I really don't have a problem with snipers.

Accepting that you are just bad is ok, there is nothing to be gained by throwing your frustration at the wall because you get killed by one weapon in the game. Take time, develop your own playstlye and enjoy the game, but I don't dismiss the negitive's this game beholds. Look think about your playstlye and use your brain to think much more, than being angry. I WILL NEVER REACH THE LIGHTHOUSE AND THAT'S OK.

the only reason people complaining about snipers just because everyone uses them now I'll because everything else got no it's not because they're overpowered they were fine the way they were and your one and only complaint about him except for luck in the chamber and Final Round other than that no one really complain about it I don't really use them as much except for on the smaller Maps people need to stop complaining because I keep getting killed by them and keep thinking different ways of them to get enough to make them even useless to what's next side are going to get in there because they kill too fast people need to stop

2 AntwortenBungie should have slowed down the time it takes to aim a sniper from the start. since it is one shot kill at any range (to the head) its lopsided in many cases. In most cases a head shot from any other weapon is a half life damage dealer. I agree if i smoke an asshat with a scout at range there should be time for him to recover that fast while using a sniper.... its a long range shotty now i guess.

I usually play solo and I wait for a team mate to get a sniper's attention, unbeknownst to my team mate while he gets shot in the face, I come landing in from above or the side for a chaperone kill.

2 AntwortenSo you basically want a sniper rifle that doesn't have a scope or that is only for quick scopes? You do know sniper rifles are designed for hard scoping down sights don't you? Could always try just getting good at the game or at least at sniping

Lolno. Maybe if you give snipers perfect hipfire and midair accuracy, like they have in Halo. Oh wait. You forgot about that, didn't you.

12 AntwortenDe scope isn't even a question, it should have been implemented when this game was first made. I'm shooting him in the face, how is he keeping his rifle aimed directly at my head? At this point I am all for nerfing special weapons into oblivion in pvp, it's the only way to get people to use their primaries.
