Was I the only one that liked the DOOM Beta?
I actually really enjoyed it. Majority of the Internet seems to absolutely hate it (the old school fans especially). What did you think?

I absolutely loved it. It was something new for me to do because I'm getting sick of all my games.

I liked it. I'm getting it on release. I remember playing Doom 3 when I was little and loved it. Played the older ones recently and liked them. I hope this new one has both the horror feel from 3 and the action feel of the first 2.

It just isn't trendy to be hyped for a game anymore. The last few years have broken every gamers soul. Hell, I think the last game to get a perfect score from just about everyone was GTA 5.

Was pretty good. The only thing was they didn't include the campaign missions. That's why most people loved the game originally.

It was great. Balancing issues with the Revenant and SSG should be addressed but it was great nonetheless. Did they say if there's a level cap in the retail version? Not being able to get all of the armor and colors in the beta was annoying.
