All you need to do to get a 1.0 k/d in a match is to get the same amount of kills as deaths, it ain't that hard.
I know why everyone's calling me bad at math, I'm talking about how to get a 1.0 k/d in a match, I wasn't talking about your average.

1 AntwortenI'm the guy... that completely drops all pretenses of bounty completion to equip the go-to and wreck face-...... If humped for no reason.

It is for me. That would mean I couldn't -blam!- around as much and I'd have to play PvP sober. -blam!- that.

1 AntwortenThe stupid shaxx bounty tells me to get 9 kills in a single match with a hand cannon, i suck with hand cannons, so my k/d is gonna go down. Deal with it!
-
It's not that it's hard it's that it makes playing pvp not fin sometimes

1 AntwortenThere is a huge flaw in your argument. Also, next time you see me in the crucible will be next week so I can get a sterling treasure. I'll be the guy exploring the map because I don't know any of them. Just pray that I'm not on your team.

11 AntwortenThe ability for a player to best an opponent is certainly important. But K/D is an oversimplification of the roles people can play in a competitive game. Win/Loss ratio is by far a better comparison of someone's contribution. (over a long curve) Sometimes simply providing map presence or pressure can set up kills without you directly benefiting in your K/D.

Not until Bungie fixes its flawed skill based matchmaking. I play solo 99% time in crucible and get match against fireteams of 3 or 6 almost everywhere I go. And usually get screwed with join in progress when they all have supers special and heavy. The game gets very mundane for top players running solo.

A lot of us will always be below a 1.0 kdr simply because we hurt our kdr so badly in the beginning learning the game, trying out different weapons and builds, had no guidance or tips, and dying a lot from using the shitty gunsmith test weapons. I usually go above a 1 kdr now consistently but my all time deaths are too high to make up for at this point.
-
I'm positive. 0.9 kdr. That's above negative 1 so therefore positive.
-
1 AntwortenSomeone has to kill while the other person has to die. What do you think happens when someone on your team gets a 4.00 KD with 25+ kills?
-
As long as you can at least get a trade your fine
-
Any number above zero is positive.
-
Actually by definition a positive kill death ratio is where you aren't on a negative kill death ratio and since that is technically impossible to get unless someone proves me wrong everyone should have a positive kill death ratio, even if it's 0.00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 Before you argue, I know what a positive kill death ratio is, the op mentioned it above I thought I just put a little humour and uplift some fallen spirits.
-
I can keep positive as long as I'm not testing new weps...

Yes and i dont give a fck because i would rather have fun And i have been flawless and done some sweats Therfore you do not need a good KD
-
6 AntwortenDid you know that theoretically 50% of players in a match will have a negative KD? For every kill there is a death, not even factoring in suicides. So you expect all your players to go positive but forget that going positive is literally IMPOSSIBLE for every player. Sometimes you get bad teammates. If they aren't as good as the other team then they WILL go negative. Quit asking for the unfeasible.

7 AntwortenSome players don't have that much gaming dexterity to go positive often. ~TheGreatNike

2 AntwortenIf everyone got a 1.0 then no one could ever win or lose. Simple logic. Unless you're playing control, rift or salvage.

1 AntwortenEither this is b8 or ignorance

Some people don't practice as much and only play for fun, did you just write this post to look for attention?
-
Only if the PvP is so bad that it makes you want to kill yourself.
-
2 AntwortenThat's like me saying is it hard to keep above a 1.5 to you, then someone higher than me saying it to me, then someone else saying the same thing to them. To cut a not so long story short, your post is pointless.
-
lol...who cares. Enjoy the game.

It can be when you play solo and your up against a full party.
