Oryx is dead... The taken should go away now
I'm tired of the taken already. I want content centered around other races.
Edit: I'm not saying that the taken should disappear because we are still in Ttk. I'm saying I WISH they would go away.

1 AntwortenI voted tired of taken, but not because I want them gone. I'm a little tired of Taken Corruptions on patrol. At least the Blades of Crota and the Hunted Wolves were limited to one area of a tile. These just spread across the entire tile, despawning regular enemies, and just generally being irritating.

I would like it to be random now. Either Knights, Wolves or Taken spawn in Patrols. Always changing.

1 AntwortenThey should switch between Crota's Knights, Wolves, and Taken. [spoiler]Btw did you know that specific planets still hold year one enemies? The Cosmodrome has Crota's Knights still, and Mars still has Wolves. Which makes sense because both races seem to have found refuge there in later levels or are doing something there.[/spoiler] [spoiler]Crota's hive are in the moon too I think.[/spoiler]

By your logic, Oryx is dead, so we should no longer be able to do the KF raid. I wonder how many times they had to go pick up Oryx as he floated into space and revive him just so we can kill him all over again...

9 AntwortenI'm just not understanding how there is a "power vacuum" in the Taken when the Taken were only Taken because of Oryx's power to begin with. Isn't it something like mind control? So comic book logic would dictate everyone reverts to their normal form. Even if it is an actual physical change it was a change only given power due to Oryx, right? Idk... never even bothered to learn the specifics as to what the Taken actually are.
