I did know, I was being a dick to op for feeling he should have guns handed to him on a silver plate.

But they wouldn't be. The POE exotics were among the list of exotics that required tasks to be completed or rather grinded. And now that work is for nothing. Imagine building a sand castle. A child named bungie takes said castle and locks it away. Says twenty questions may be able to give you the sand castle back. Might not.
