For helping me realize how amazing Bungie and Destiny really is.

Trueee. Destiny fixed their loot system with this update. People can actually hit max level fairly easy now. All Division did was [b]HEAVILY[/b] increase the grind. Now the darkzone drops all garbage. When you used to have a fairly good chance at getting something good the best thing you can loot from the darkzone now is a gear set piece, at 214. You can play the piss easy hard mode and get a 214 everytime. game sucks now

Third person POV was a horrible decision. I played the beta for 3 minutes before deleting it.

Division update is supposed to have a 1 month shelf life, next update is in May. Both were overhyped. Incursion is Dark Below all over again but unlike TDB a new update comes in a month instead of 5 to 6 months. Not saying one is better as each update schedule comes with advantages and disadvantages. Destiny has more incentive to fix their endgame if it is bugged and they have the luxury of taking their time to make sure there are no bugs. Unfortunately, Destiny content will never live up to its shelf life and has and will always get stale. If ttk's lifespan wasn't so long then I'm fairly confident most would rank it as one of the best. Ubisoft has little incentive to fix their endgame as it will more or less be erased and irrelevant in a month with their next update. Division will maintain a longer sense of freshness with more frequent updates, but I can't help but feel that they are basically delaying the release of what I'd consider as the equivalents of strikes to draw out the game's relevancy. Essentially, the base game is being released over 3 to 4 months.

15 AntwortenWord. The replay value of destiny is so much beer then the division. There is no point what so ever in making a second char in the division. At least they could have made the subclass you choose in the division permanent so you'd have one tank one dpa and one heal character but no. Destiny replay value sure beats the divisions by a mile

The division? More like grenade dodging simulator. I had such high hopes for the incursion, but even prison of elders reskinned is better by a ten fold than that boring, repetitive incursion

3 AntwortenThe game is so glitched was playing in the dark zone earlier and couldn't get out because it was saying I was in combat. When I wasn't. I reset the game and was still stuck.

The Divisions awfulness drove me to Dark Souls 3 instead of Destiny, thank God.

If you will only compare destiny to ubisoft, then sure they are a step sbove... but before you put that Wang in your mouth remember they are still low on the ladder of compitent companies

1 AntwortenNothing gets my heart pumping like the Dark Zone. I literally have no idea what's going to happen when I get in there. The rush of killing a group of rogues or surviving a man hunt solo is amazing.

Honestly, The Division had a real chance of harming Destiny's long term viability. But it imploded due to rampant glitches, exploitable mechanics, and the developers' panic-induced incompetence. In all my years of gaming have I seen a game collapse so fast.
