How many more great weapons are we going to lose, before we do SOMETHING/ANYTHING to end this cycle, I know enough of us are at the end of the line...
1-Stop over using weapons in pvp...
take a serious look at the adjustments, nerfs for overuse/buffs for underuse...
2-Stop the weapon hype...
That is causing the over use, and diversify your loadouts...
_____
One last thing, let's be honest, weapons aren't overpowered, they're overused (weapons are suppose to be powerful)...so how about we call it what it is...
Your tired of being killed by the same weapons...you express it to Bungie, they do what they can to fix it = nerfs/buffs
-
2 AntwortenWrong. Bungle has no idea how to make a shooter, so the endless nerfs will continue indefinitely. If you really want to be done with all that BS, you only need to do one simple thing: stop playing Destiny.
-
8 AntwortenHow about custom Playlists so everyone can play however they want.

4 AntwortenBearbeitet von Witnyce: 4/9/2016 3:40:34 AMNo. This is wrong and I'm sick of it. 3 things need to happen for the nerfs to stop and for the game to actually be fun and unique again. 1. Bungie needs to restore every weapon to its vanilla state excluding vex mythoclast because we could all admit it was beyond op.
doing this lets everybody go back to what they used before the "meta" sunk in
2. Unsubscribe and unfollow every destiny broadcaster who uses meta consistently.
a lack of variation in their technique makes you use the meta and develop the crutch that we all hate.
3. CYOM. Create your own meta.
Use what you like to use and have fun in a destiny combat area where every weapon is viable.
~ForeverGunslinger

I keep weapons in mix but it happen I use one weapons to counter tlw. I rarely use 1k stare.
-
11 AntwortenHow about... Bungie completely removes PvP from Destiny, and create a standalone IP called The Crucible (or whatever, the name isn't important). They'd be sister franchises, with shared lore but entirely different gameplay experiences.
-
1 AntwortenI think the only weapon that ever needed a nerf was the Vex Mythoclast o.o
-
2 AntwortenWhen's the last time you heard anyone say "blank is overpowered in the raid, we're killing oryx way too fast"? Yea that's what I thought, so then where is the problem?
-
1 AntwortenI'm confused. Buff Fusion rifles?
-
1 AntwortenIf ppl stop using overused weapons 24/7 there wouldn't be so many nerfs going on. And hey, Jon, I really like the sniper rifles changes. That's how sniper rifles should be used. Thanks for listening, Jon. A skilled hand like me doesn't depend on OP weapons. Sometimes I use em, but I always have options. I like using weapons that are not overused and I always prove a skilled hand can destroy the meta any day.
-
1 AntwortenAn overused weapon shouldn't be nerfed.

-blam!- yeah HAWKMOON
-
So use something that sucks compared to something that's good? Great advice! BTW I don't try to follow the meta mida is a good gun used it in year 1 and 1kys is the the archetype that I like same with ldr right now I'm using thorn to remember when it was good before they nerf it to the ground on the 12th

What Bungie needs to do is make more weapons that can actually compete with others and also patch their game more often.
-
3 Antworten....3 things need to happen 3. Stop complaining on these forums. there, fixed for ya.
-
1 AntwortenGuns that are overused are usually extra powerful. People will always find the best gun, and they don't want to use anything worse.
-
1 AntwortenIf you don't want nerfs, get rid of hunters.
-
2 AntwortenThere's a reason things end up overused. Because nothing else is viable. Well it is - but if a certain gun/archetype outplays all others your a fool for not using it. What needs to change is the weapons pedestal. By that i mean there is plenty of different weapons with plenty of variations (perk rolls) but everyone always ends up chasing 5-8 different guns with specific perks. This causes the illusion of overuse and the op status. Make your diverse weapon pool competitively viable

3 AntwortenVex Thorn Suros Were op
-
8 AntwortenI respectfully disagree. People use what works. I am not going to use a sub par weapon when everyone else is using a monster rifle. I am going to be outgunned every day of the week. Thus, people use what works. Which is a testament to Bungie and their inability to balance their own game. Which isn't entirely their fault. You can only test a game with the amount of testers available. Which isn't in the millions compared to the player base.

1 AntwortenGet rid of forums
-
As long as there exists a weapon that people commonly believe is even 0.04% more powerfull than the other weapons, people still use it more than other weapons. Yes, I know that this is exactly what is wrong with the "competitive" community. Everyone trying to 1-up-yours.
-
1 AntwortenThere is only one way to stop the nerfs. And that is...
FOR EVERYONE IN THE FORUMS TO SHUT THE F@CK UP.
-
2 AntwortenMost of the people that complain about something being OP it's because they either suck, or don't have the weapon. I get killed by shit all the time, I don't think there OP, I either set myself up to be killed, or got outplayed. I haven't used a gun yet that was OP. I've only used guns that do well within their intended purpose.
-
4 AntwortenAlso we need to nerf sunsinger. Then its done.
-
3 AntwortenThey're overused because they're over powered. That's how multiplayer games work. People always exploit the broken shit.
