I'm surprised I'm not seeing people upset about this
From what I've heard, mida will be losing its innate high caliber rounds perk
That's a shame. I enjoyed how I could practically stun some enemies
Thoughts?

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von McLovinxx1: 4/9/2016 4:21:31 AMIt's going to suck but crying about it isn't going to solve anything. Best thing you can do now is enjoy the mida

Inb4 crucibabies start getting aced by no HCR mida.

2 AntwortenAll I see are people being upset about it. It's crazy too. The gun is about being quick in handling and on your feet while being aware of your surroundings. I personally think HC didn't fit what the gun should be anyway. To everyone complaining about it's use in pve then you're doing it wrong. Other weapons stagger and there are better exotics to use for the type of activity that benefits from that. Keep distance from the enemies you need to stagger and keep moving. Handle that from a distance while being ready to flank/adjust. That's MIDA.

4 AntwortenIt didn't have it to begin with so its going back to its originality in a sense.

Dude, EVERYONE is upset about this. Except Crucible crybabies. It took me until HoW to finally get my beautiful MIDA and I've been rocking it ever since. Only after the godawful weapon balancing did people start crying about it being OP and overused. Now they've ruined the Rifle to sub Legendary status. Not to mention the other weapon nerfs. Overused does not equal Overpowered and Bungie needs to stop catering to crybabies and stop neutering Guardians.
-
Only makes it less viable on PvE, and Mida was already a PvP focused exotic, so i don't see anything wrong with this nerf.

PvE Aspect = Thumbs down. PvP Aspect = Thumbs up.

Yeah this Saddens me as well. You have the stupid pvp snobs to thank for this tragedy to take place.

2 AntwortenBearbeitet von deathblow1030: 4/8/2016 8:33:15 PMThe real question is, what will replace High Caliber Rounds?
-
Its a good change and doesnt really change the gun. Though it will be harder to go up against snipers in general now since you cant flinch them so easily
-
Good. Mida us the crutch nobody complains about because everyone uses it. It's truly op

I actually hated this message innate perk in PvE. It always messed up my precision head shots..

9 AntwortenReally this should be happening in pvp only But that's WAY TOO HARD. For bungie It was one of the main reasons I used it in PVE and now idk if I will use it anymore
-
I really wish they would keep this in PVE. The stun made it a viable PVE weapon. Without it, it's just a normal scout imo. I already use the NL Shadow for my primary in the raid. On this weapon I can still have HCR, APR or Explosive rounds. I'm more upset because my raid mates use it.
-
It really is a shame. Mida will still be good, just not great.
-
1 AntwortenHow will losing high caliber rounds effect it in PVP exactly? Was it really that important anyway?
-
I'd always swap between my TLW and MIDA, i have to change the MIDA part of the set up though. Don't get me wrong MIDA is still a beast, its just i like pulse rifles more than scout rifles so with them removing the innate feature of HCR, ill probably return to using TLW mainly, and swap between Red Death or Bad Juju. RD is great for screwing up a snipers sights on you (MIDA was the best, now is about top 3 or top 5). idk ill still use it, i just wont use it competitively until i get a good feel for it without having HCR anymore. It'll still be a beast.
-
That's really not what makes mida good. So it's not a big deal It loses some viability in pve, other than that. It's core strength are still there
-
Please quit making these pointless posts. It's not a big deal. Gun still deals the same amount of damage. You guys cry about EVERYTHING...
-
1 AntwortenIt's a big slap in the face to PvE users. It was spectacular for that reason. I do hope they bring them back when they properly buff other weapons so a mediocre weapon isn't overpowers.

6 AntwortenMida overused in pvp... ...bungie nerfed the pve perk.
-
B!tch, dab!
-
Bro, your mom lost her virginity last night to me.
-
Was upset at first but the stagger only really seemed of use against majors in PvE. Hope the herd drop it and move on. Love the suros with focused fire and suspect it will become popular again, taking Bungie's eye off Mida.

1 AntwortenI think the use of it will tone down. Its still gonna be great. I think high impact scouts are gonna be used more often now.
