It's a Latin word and should be said as such, it's May lay.

Bearbeitet von Inclement Karma: 4/6/2016 5:06:48 PMNone of the choices are really correct. It's the noun form of the French verb mêler, to mix. So the ê is soft, sort of like a short e in English. That said, the common pronunciation in English is your first choice.
