I've had the best luck at quality drops by ranking up factions, rather than literal engram drops, just something to think about as well

Oh yeah definitely, factions are much better, I find FWC to give me the best but I've had pretty much all of what they have to offer. Thanks for the advice! Anything else, feel free to let me know, you've been very helpful!

Oh yeah, I got my Vertigo with Hard Launch/Heavy Payload/Grenades&Horseshoes/Javelin from ranking up FWC.

I've also had the best luck with fwc. I got 2 100% God roll pulse rifles back to back on my Titan But they seem to hate my hunter. 17 boot drops in 26 ranks. Lol
