What made you get Destiny?
I think it was when I saw this trailer I really got interested in Destiny. Alot has changed since then but I have always loved playing Destiny. The game still have alot of problems but it is by far my favourite game.
I'm curious to hear what made you get the game.

Played the Beta on a friend's console. Figured since it was Bungie, it would be a great game. And it's been pretty good. For better or for worse, still playing it. Whatever you say about story or content, the actual gunplay keeps me hooked.

Friends constantly buzzing around me with how good the game was until I finally gave in.

My best friend got it and let me play it when I was over, I loved the gameplay and different character/ subclasses to choose from. Bought the game and pretty much played it exclusively up until late October I would say.

Got it for my son. He hasn't logged in in months. I play frequently.

Two reasons: a) Bungie (Been with them since Myth, I'll be damned if I give up on them now) b) I've always wanted a WoW/Halo hybrid, so it was good to play something different. Besides that, I could never get into CoD or Battlefield, Destiny was just the perfect medium gameplay wise

It came with the white ps4. In Germany, the only Option to get the white ps4 was with a bundle. I chose the destiny bundle. Glad i did.

Friends kept hounding me to get it,thought the game was a halo knock off said hell no. Time goes by deside to buy cause I missed playing cod with them. Got addicted friends moved on to play rainbow but I'm still here made new friends. Now I hop from destiny to division to play with both set of friends. Good times

September 9th, 2014. EA Sports pissed me off with it's $60 reskin of NHL15. I had $60 to spend and there it was. Destiny was on the shelf.

The ability to play with friends and the fact that it had a (supposed) great PvE story. It's not a horrible story just not what I was expecting. Still play the hell outa it tho and still one of my favorite games to play
