Buff shotguns
Shotgu[b]n[/b]s suck. [b]E[/b]very time a snipe[b]r[/b] makes an impossible shot. [b]F[/b]uck snipers. Every time I shotgun rush someone sticks a [b]fusion[/b] grenade to me. Also doctrine of passing is an op auto [b]rifle[/b]

11 AntwortenWhat? I LOVE being killed by a sniper from close to mid range. That's how snipers are supposed to work isn't it? And everyone knows a shotgun is only supposed to one-shot kill with a head shot within 5 feet or less. TOTALLY fair and realistic. Bungie's weapon balancing is on point for sure.

3 AntwortenI'm not sure man, shotguns are close range guns. Now I agree when a shotgun doesn't at close range doesn't kill someone. But that's the only time. A shotgun blast at close range should kill you instantly. But that's really the only time.

4 AntwortenUh.. what? kek Shotguns don't need a buff, they're definitely not broken right now (to anyone that disagrees: Remember that shotguns have been nerfed twice), just gotta know how to use them. I know people want to feel like a Shotgun slinger when they equip a shotty, but the biggest mistake I see is people always wanting to jump into everything and get one-shot kills on a big group of people. They can be used defensively as well, learn how to bait people. Pick your fights: It's ok to be aggressive, but use your best judgment especially when you know you're outnumbered, use your team as a distraction, remember that you have a primary, etc.

As a 249 Titan yesterday (First time I've played Destiny on my Xbox One for months) I had a 290 "4th Horseman" shotgun drop via exotic engram in my second game on iron banner. This preceded to be my main weapon as I flew through to rank 5 in a few hours. The recoil was insane but once you got used to it i felt like I was playing Black Ops 2 on Nuketown all over again. Even won a few games overall too which helped with the bounties. Good fun as long as you know decent routes around the maps to avoid getting picked off.

4 AntwortenHave to downvote you, sorry OP. Shotguns are fine. They don't kill you from silly range anymore. They work as intended imo. The only difference is you now have to combine them with a scout rifle for better results. Like you can combine a sniper with a hand cannon or auto rifles.

I use shotguns all the time and they're in a good spot right now. They just need a PVE buff so they're actually viable to use again.
