Why are no more Xbox gamers protesting against this or even acknowledging the ps exclusives? Sure they might be not the best weapons but so many people still want the exclusives and for some reason the gaming industry does not shame a company for selling out to a certain console. Xbox and play station gamers payed the SAME price for the game, so we should have equal content.
Play station exclusives in destiny are by no means right. ANY exlusoves for a game that is cross platform is not right Infact. This new sniper really opened my eyes towards this. As an Xbox player why should I keep supporting a game that doesn't even bother supporting my console?
If anyone is typing "You guys have halo STFU" think about that argument. We both payed for destiny so we should get equal content. You guys didn't have to pay for halo. And since your arguments are simply "halo" I could just say "blood borne stfu."
Exclusives that leave out players who then might quit should not be a thing in a game that is struggling to maintain its fan base right now.

You are getting sleepy

I dont care too much about their exclusives tbh and Playstation online gets hacked like 5 times a year so i rather stay on xbox
-
If you haven't noticed but the PS exclusives are bad, and I mean really bad. I am not complaining that I am not getting 3 hell ugly sets of armour, because let's face it, they are really ugly. I'm actually going to complain that Xbox players do get the exclusives because now that the PS exclusive that included Undying Mind strike is on Xbox I'm going to kill myself because it's for nightfall this week. - RIP
-
Everyone is already used to it
-
Probably because the exclusives are OE over exaggerated the 3 armor sets are ugly the strikes aren't that great but the Jade Rabbit is sweet for pvp and i do love the Warlock gauntlets......yea screw u xbox boys PS 4ever jk lol
-
Of course we acknowledge them, it's just that the PS exclusives are so crappy there's no need to complain.
-
Muted and disliked for saying such a stupid thing
-
Microsoft started this practice on the x box with CoD. Unfortunately this generation Sony have the upper hand.
-
Because it's not a big deal. We are adults who would rather not complain about things that we can't change. Plus, we will eventually get them. :) I respect everyone's opinions, though.
-
They barely get anything extra and we'll probably get the Zen meteor when the next expansion hits (not April 12, the next big one) so I'm not worried.
-
We don't complain because it's all under contract. We're just saving our breathe. New exotic sniper looks sweet and I'm still upset about that warlock shoulder piece from the strike
-
Xbox since the original. Dont care for them.
-
Where were you last gen when almost every mutiplatform game had Xbox exclusive agreements? Didn't effect you so didn't care?
-
Meh it sucks but Sony probably paid a little extra for that content to be exclusive for their console. That drives sales for them as well so it's all good! It's basic marketing

Nah it's pretty pathetic and motivated me to not get destiny 2

Exclusives are just a part of the landscape now. If you don't have both consoles in this era then you're shit out of luck. I typically play on PS4, but I also have an Xbox. I actually have to get my Xbox back from a family member so I can play Quantum Break. Personally I hate exclusives for consoles.

4 AntwortenBecause that content may never had existed if Sony hadn't given them money in the first place. The money we're paying for PSN(which is cheaper than xboxlive) goes to paying for the creation of that content. If you want to cry about the free stuff you're not getting until September, cry to Microsoft and ask why they're spending your money on division ads and minecraft. When CoD did it last gen, sony ppl didn't bitch and whine as much as you are right now.
-
Suck it up buttercup. Thats what happens when a company is willing to pay for system exclusives. You have no one to blame but yourself as we where made aware of ps exclusives before purchasing any of the content and to expect it to change is absurd.
-
They are. Go away. Lol
-
So you would be ok with exclusives in a non-cross-platform game?

3 AntwortenI look at this way, as an Xbox console owner, have and still do own all 3 consoles. Bungie turned tail and ran away with us when the solidified the deal with 343 to hand over reins of the Halo series. That is what bound bungie to Microsoft. With the contracts they held they were really only tied to making the games for Xbox, only made 4 games. When they were free and out from under Microsoft's protective umbrella the lil lost gaming developer was swayed by Sony's chunk of change through Activisions money making scheme that they fell in with Sony making sweet sweet anal. Microsoft looked at it as Bungie being a turncoat and reverting its loyalty from the console that they really made money off to another. Microsoft did not see a reason to just throw more money at Bungie since they were so willing to run away. Bungie still made the game accessible to the Xbox community to keep some of their fans from their Halo years. I for one do not feel the need to afford anymore products from Bungie as they have forgotten how to make a solid game. their skills of developing a viable PVP from the halo days have been swayed to the trash we have now. Their ability to have a great in game story supported by the game far gone to bring back. For a game series that was suppose to be continuous and ever growing over their "10 year plan" is severely lacking in the content part to keep players active. A few bits of data from their development trashcan as exclusives in the end are not enough to fill the void of material to support long term playing. they want to keep their base active they need more stuff and they have made enough money already to keep creating viable content in all aspects of this game but tend to push their PVP that I find not engaging due to the many problems it has bugging it end of story time.

I hate Ps exclusive

2 AntwortenWhile it is true that PS exclusives can be annoying at times (due to the fact that Bungie went with Sony over Microsoft) I really don't give a crap in the long run. We're going to get the stuff eventually, and it's not like Xbox is the victim here. Xbox has gotten timed exclusives as much as PlayStation.
-
Because Bungie plays on PS and has a contract with Sony for a certain amount of exclusivity.
