Multiply a weapon's stats by 10.
Take any weapon in Destiny and multiply its stats by 10.
Examples:
Hawkmoon
Ten random bullets in the magazine cause considerable bonus damage.
Twenty more random bullets in your magazine deal considerable bonus damage.
Lord of Wolves
Kills with this weapon rally nearby allies with +30 recovery. Lasts 300 seconds.
MIDA
Boosts movement speed to the point where you are running at the speed of light. Also fires by simply touching your trigger and not pulling it at all.
Hereafter
Precision kills with this weapon cause a flash so bright that it exceeds the theoretical limit for atmospheric light, thus either breaking physics entirely and completely destroying the universe, or permanently burning a white flash into everyone's screen.
Fireborn Radiance
Upon using Radiance, you and 9 clones bring yourselves back from the dead, reducing the cooldown of abilities for you and your clones.
Edit: You can also do this for armor or abilities.

Hard Light- Bullets ricochet off walls 20 times doing 10 times the damage. Bullets are so bright that they blind enemy players.

Each shot over penetrates through dimensions and hits enemy players in other games. You actually have to go back to Gunsmith to reload the weapon.
