Playing 3 or 4 matches of IB after not playing for the last 3 weeks is coming back? lol you are delusional as hell. I used to play this game every waking minute but finally stopped about 3 weeks ago. Anything else?

Yeah, kind of. But remember when Bungie said we weren't meant to hold onto stuff when we originally asked for more vault space? I'm just fed up with them and their approach to the game and its players at this point. They could give me a Y2 Gally at this point and I couldn't drag myself back.

Thats exactly how i feel. I may play the random IB or Trials matches here and there but otherwise im staying away until Destiny 2, and only if they have learned from their mistake in this game.

They were not popular exotics. What about ghorn and IB? Those are the ones the community really wants but bungie keeps ignoring this.

Are you kidding me? The crucible was full of Queenbeaker's Bows when HoW dropped. And they did well in not bringing back Gjallarhorn and Thorn to year 2 yet. Thorn is still imbalanced and Gjallarhorn would melt the new not-bullet-sponge bosses.

Yes. Just as balanced as thorn, Mida, Hawkmoon, Boolean, first curse, nechrocasm, vex, any exotic.

No other Exotic is capable of killing in three bodyshots from every distance. Thorn is the only one.

It is 4 body shots to kill. The poison makes it 3. The poison takes longer to kill than shooting another bullet, giving the one injured time to get a shield or be shot by another enemy.

Also the way Thorn is used is just hiding, getting out of cover just to take the three shots and then running or hiding away. Every other weapons requires you to stay on target until your target drops. Poison or not, Thorn still has an insane range and RoF. It outshines every other weapon at any range. That's why it shouldn't be brought back until it's properly addressed. I can't imagine another IB or ToO with it in it's current state.

That is where the term "exotic" comes in. It is supposed to be good.

It's supposed to be unique. Not supposed to outshine every other weapon Exotic or not. Even other Exotics have troubles engaging the nerfed version of Thorn outside of Thorn's supposed range, that should tell you how out of place this weapon is.
