I Give Up, Never Mind Now
I've been a lonely person all my life. I've been negative on myself too much. I'm gonna change myself. There's this girl I find that is very pretty and cute. Tomorrow I'm gonna approach her and say hi and hope we can be friends. I have no friends at school. Been mute the whole time. I'm gonna talk for once tomorrow.

Edit: I'm sorry guys. *sigh* I just couldn't do it. I'll just stay the way I am. The way I've been my whole life.
Edit 2: Yeah, I'm sorry. I'm not gonna even try to approach her at all. It would just result in awkwardness and silence. I have no chance in Hell of getting her to be a friend.

The worst is rejection, but it's worth the risk when compared to regret from not asking at all and never knowing of what could have been. Time keeps moving forward, so you have a limited amount of chances to put yourself out there to this person before it's too late. Just go for it and keep your head high. You only have two choices. One has a definite outcome, things stay the same, while one is unpredictable. Things aren't going to change on their own, you have to pick yourself up by your bootstraps and change things yourself.

Just observe her and see what she likes, one day there will be an unavoidable pair up, (camp, bus seat, homework help, yard duty.) or hang with her friends, chat about her, get comfortable with those girls before meeting the boss. I was and still am like you btw, shy and quiet. Socialising is best!
