Twitch Reveal Discussion Megathread
Only a minute until inevitable disappointment. Keep in mind that VoG and CE will not be mentioned today. Anyway, this is a general discussion thread about the reveal.

First they re skin content. But then they bring back the worst POE instead of VOG wich you guys have been asking for? Lol Bungie....lol

It's hard enough getting a 6 man raid team competent enough to finish Oryx hard nowadays. It will be interesting to see how an even harder version will be possible, especially at the totems and at Oryx..

15 AntwortenFor us 319's out there only missing a class item, how much do you want to bet that once the update is live and we decide to go into Kings Fall hard mode, we will finally get our 320 class item and [b]ONLY[/b] at 320. Not 325, not 324, not 323, it'll be straight up [b]320[/b]. If that happens to me I'm so done with this game. I will not have waited for an update that can now grant gear at 320-330 in Kings Fall hard mode, just to get dick slapped in the face by Bungie with a [b]320[/b] class item I tried getting for the past few months already when 320 was the limit... I pray that if I do get a class item, it's above 320. If not, I'll probably be in need of a new controller xD

5 AntwortenI guess canon has officially rode off into the sunset since the arkon priest is taken, pretty sure we killed him in year one. Plus last i checked taken can teleport so why are they being held in the same cells as year one? Whatever i guess, its free i suppose. Oh well dark souls 3 and then uncharted will get me too whatever they staple together for the fall dlc.

3 AntwortenFor an update that's just to tide is over until the next DLC, I think this will be fine. We'll see how it plays out, but I reckon it'll be okay. They seem to have taken some sensible steps, like with the group scoring, etc.

I knew it would be more old content, and PoE is just stupid, it's concept doesn't fir at all with the game, but hey to each his own, I'm done with this game, and an uncarring dev team, they are only doing this because micro transactions weren't the cash cow they hoped it would be. Maybe i'll come back for Destiny 2, but it's not likely.

1 AntwortenLooks like the Phogoth strike area has been repurposed for new Malok strike from the teaser except, the camping spot in the hallway now pours out thralls. Looks like that will be a fun Nightfall, assuming they've dealt with the other camping spot in the corner of the room too.

Still not all that hyped for this. At least they listened to the community about getting better gear and making it less of a grind at least.

They've turned this community, it's fan base, into a starving homeless person. Starved of anything decent for 7 months, so a dry piece of cracker looks like a banquet.

4 AntwortenI hated POE with a passion, so I'm not excited for this at all. I was hoping for old raids to be relevant again.

11 AntwortenSo in a few weeks all you'll see on lfg sites is "PoE challenge: Must be 320" And i'll be like, you remember when ya'll laughed at us and said there's no point in getting to 320 (talking about the 310 light peeps mainly) ... well it looks like you'll need us if you want any of that gear, shader etc. Other than that the rest looks meh. I just want some of the new weapons, gear and shader and then it'll be like the original POE. A place to go when you're bored and need strange coins/motes.

4 Antworten[b][u]Things I got from stream[/u][/b] PoE is not my favourite thing Destiny has to offer its still fun for a while. It will keep me entertained for a multiple beer fuelled nights. New quest lines I will enjoy plodding along with in my own time. New guns, weapons patch and sub class changes being talked about next week, it's always fun jumping into pvp straight after that drops. So far it's not a bad package considering it's available to me for a affordable price of £0.
