Final Round is better than LitC IMO, since you KNOW in advance which round is going to be the round with more damage and you can plan to use it for a OHKO from farther range.
Plus, if you fire your last shot and just reload one bullet, then you have your final round shot again :)
That's still a beast roll you have there though.

I'm sure most players would agree with me in that only having one round loaded is not very practical if you're trying to warrior multiple people or just playing in general. Besides Luck in the Chamber is one of the most broken perks in the game. It is essentially final round but on any bullet (second, third, fourth) if you just keep loading one bullet at a time. Trust me it procs way more than one in a mag
