I would move all the socially acceptable and intelligent Americans to the Moon and create America. The reason I can do this is because the Moon is its own territory, seeing as I would have the only established civilization on the Moon I cant be subjected to Earthly laws, or trademarks (if America is trademarked) Eventually without Americas leader America crumbled and under superior leadership America took over the Moon
