I assume this is a joke, taking into consideration your ELO. However if it isn't, it's a ranking system that is based on Win/Loss, K/D, and how you did faced against people of higher or lower ELO. Every game you play, the system bases those three things, makes an average and increases you ELO based on that average. When you lose a game, it takes that loss, averages it with the opponents ELO and K.D and increases/decreases based on that. It's an average of your skill based on all players since the Taken king launch essentially.
