You will use a rubber duck or a dead and cooked duck. You don't have the balls or killer instinct to bite a live duck's head off. Which is harder than you think btw if you have never killed a live animal you will be surprised how long it takes your teeth to bite through the bones, flesh, etc. Using a small knife to cut a ducks head off takes some struggle but if you got a meat cleaver or large knife than easy. Teeth though? That will take a while. Now a cooked duck is much easier as bones are softened. TLDR: A live duck is hard to bite the head off and you don't have the balls to do it. You will use a cooked duck or a rubber duck.
