Ran a couple of hard missions on the division and the matchmaking worked flawlessly.
Instead of fumbling through forums looking to do nightfall strikes or a raid why can't bungie just have us create a lobby with certain requirments and ppl can just load into the lobby? The lobby leader can kick whoever that dont seem fit to run raid/nightfall and another person just takes their place.
If you disagree. Without throwing insults or trolling pls explain how is going on your mobile device and finding random ppl better than letting matchmaking do it for you.
I appreciate the feedback guys.

Bungies developer teams need to do things better and have better strategies and innovative concepts for the game. They probably dont intend to make things adequate until destiny 2 which is too late in my opinion. It shows what kind of company they really are....whatever that means anyways.
-
I agree with Tako. LFG sites are a scam.
-
Game is what on it's second day? Doubt you've reached anything that is "hard missions" or hard content at all.
-
2 AntwortenDude your only going to get the opinions of hardcore Destiny fanboys. Might as well ask blind lemmings what they think about it.
-
Cause, you know, the Division and Destiny...............basically the same game yo.

I love how the only argument against MM is "lfg is easy"(its not, i just got to play with two people for the first time in nearly eight months because of light requirements, gear requirements and freaking grimoir). If MM is optional just turn it off and stop trying to send people to third party website which is absolutely ridiculous. Wow doesn't do it, the division doesn't do it, no body does!. Its a basic feature that needs to in the game and if you dont want to be matchmade? Turn it off! Dont want to help new players or casuals who cant raid all the time? Dont! Optional MM has no effect on the hardcore elite because you can *gasp!* turn it off!! Optional MM helps those who need it and does not effect those who dont want it. There is absolutely no argument against this, other than "lfg is easy". Should people be forced? No of course not. But the choice should be there like idk every other freaking mmo. Keep your lfg sites, but let other people enjoy end game content without making them go out of the freaking game

First off there are like 3 things to do in the Division so they provide us with matchmaking for 4 things. Last count Destiny provides match making for 10 PvP modes, 3 levels of strikes, weeklies, 3 levels of PoE. I m not saying it shouldn't have more match making but it offers more than the Division.

you mean Pv humans .....

8 AntwortenThe division proves that 3rd person is still gay.

7 AntwortenOk so how technical are these "hard missions" and how long are they?
-
1 AntwortenHaven't played The Division outside of about 30 minutes to an hour of open beta. I'll be picking it up but I'm in no rush and don't expect to sink a ton of time into it. But that's not the point, just wanted to let you know I'm not an out-right hater. It sounds like these Hard missions you did would be comparable to the Heroic strikes...which we have matchmaking for. If you were to implement this in the raid system, you would run into constant griefers, trolls, squeakers, and grizzled elitists who are unbearably angry at people who don't have black spindle. It's bad enough with strike AFKers. I also wouldn't consider lobby leaders a safeguard from these types of people. In fact, I would say you are just as likely to run into a troll lobby leader. We've heard the stories of people getting kicked right as the boss dies, keeping them from getting their loot. If you are really "fumbling through" LFG sites, you're doing it wrong. I never had problems getting groups together for raids before I clanned up. Post, play a game of crucible or run a strike, and now you have a team. Should destiny have something in-game? I suppose. But they shouldn't do it until you can have as much freedom as you do now to select your team. And personally, I'd rather have my computer open and make a post while I'm loading up a match of crucible than have to stare at a dang lobby screen.

I think an "open raid browser" is a better idea. We run the servers, so why can't we just have a browser where certain conditions are outlined and the fire team leader has the ability to kick people that don't meet the stated criteria. The player Loads in and flags the game is open, other players and see the game from browser and join the stated criteria is met.

9 AntwortenHow many activities have matchmaking in the Division?
-
Matchmaking should be tick box and/or number select. I.e. Required: light level, mic, age group, etc etc and have a comment box. To be able to boot from group all players must vote with majority rule.

5 AntwortenBearbeitet von Infamous067: 3/9/2016 6:14:54 PMMy only question is, if you are loving the division so much, why are you still here on the forums wasting your time telling everyone about your great experience? Ive been playing the division too but its just an Ok game. Yes it has really nice features but lets be honest, its kind of boring and missions are more repetitive than destiny. Only place on the game is new York so the scenery is pretty boring. The dark zone is shit because there are people waiting outside the main door waiting for players to come out so they can shoot them. That shit is not balanced so its pvp really has major flaws. Im enjoying the game to take a break from destiny but I'm here to inform you that once destiny comes out with a new expansion, I'll probably come back to destiny every time because destiny is just so much more fun. The abilities in the division are kind of a joke too. I love being able to shoot lightning out of my hands, I love being able to hammer my way out of a tough situation or even blade dance my way out of a crowd of people in crucible. Its the little things that count, destiny will not die off and most certainly is still the king.

3 AntwortenThe division sucks

2 AntwortenI agree with everything you wrote. That being said, they should buff fusion rifles.
-
I tried the matchmaking and it worked great - wasn't forced to use it. Pretty cool how the enemies scale to number of players teamed up Optional matchmaking should be on every activity in Destiny- if you don't like it, don't use it....
-
2 Antwortenyou need communication for a raid so matchmaking just wouldn't work
-
1 AntwortenThey could matchmake and put that SBMM to good use. But no, they use it in PVP when everyone hates it.
-
You mean the game has been out less than three days and you have already reached endgame content? Wow, that was fast! Last I checked there was matchmaking for everything but the Nightfall and the Raid....... Oh wait, you mean "Heroic Strike" similar content. I understand now. Smh.
-
Optional MM, yes. You will always get those those players who bitch about it like they have to use it XD, and if they don't use it they sound like they are concern about you and the randoms you get matched with. What kills me is, are they ok with having to go out side the game to find a team? Also when you do find a team on these lfg websites 60% of the time if its a raid someone will quit, or lag out, or some crazy shit like that happens. 40%( maybe way less, which would make they 60% higher) if the time you find a good team and beat the raid no prob. Idk about matchmaking for raids in destiny, but optional or in game tower/reef chat, In game LFG or something would be better than what we have now. Or or or…… Smart raids. Not in the near future, but I hope in the future bungie make a raid smart enough to know how many player are playing and calibrated the difficulty accordantly (1-6 players), and had tower/reef/planet chat( like gtav where you can mute players). Idk let them figure it out, hope they are trying to.
