Stupid Quest but first time?
So I got a 310 last word and the last perk I don't understand how to use it? How do you fire from the hip because I only had this game for four month's.

Firing from the hip is when you are not aiming down sights (not holding left trigger).

Don't hold down the left trigger when firing.
