I appreciate those of you who run straight at me trying for a shotgun kill or a melee.
Guarantees the whole charge will hit you and I don't have to factor a lead into the shot.

At this point, we all know "nerf fusions" is a running joke. If you simple move at distance, you will avoid the bolts and survive. If you don't move, Darwinian Evolution loves you! Rush a a fusion point blank, you may win if you beat the charge rate. Big if... Plenty of insights on offensive tactics and defensive tactics in this thread. Make the best of it!

That's enough. Fusions are too much. Must be nerfed. I can count on one hand how many times I've been killed by a fusion. So OP.

5 AntwortenI have to say, early on I love fusions. Stopped using them after shotgun buff. Just picked them back up recently and had many iron banner games over 3+ kdr. Missed them too much lol. With that being said I don't think they're viable for trials. Too many snipers and even my plan c won't put someone back down off the res.

7 AntwortenMy timing with Telesto is pretty solid. 'Flicking' that right stick at the precise moment the gun fires takes a lot of practice. Last night, I buried almost a full charge in a guy on the opposite side of a large area. Lit his ass up!. I know I'm pretty good with that gun, but I surprised myself on that particular shot. The only problem I have is when I change to a Fusion with a longer charge rate (to use exotic primary or heavy). I've fired charges at the feet of more than one enemy that way! ;)

I love fusion rifles and still use them today. Played correctly and they are a great anti-shotgun weapon as you said. Used to dominate in Trials with them before TTK came out (Haven't stepped in there since though due to low LL)
